Abstract

Novel human polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences are disclosed that can be used in therapeutic, diagnostic, and pharmacogenomic applications.

Claims

1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising the nucleotide sequence drawn from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:

1 and SEQ ID NO;

2. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence that:

(a) encodes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO;

2; and

(b) hybridizes under stringent conditions to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO;

1 or the complement thereof.

3. An isolated nucleic acid molecule comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding the amino acid sequence drawn from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:

2 and SEQ ID NO;

4. An isolated nucleic acid expression vector comprising a promoter element operatively positioned to express a transcript encoding the amino acid sequence drawn from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:

2 and SEQ ID NO;
