Abstract

A communication interfering object presence detection sensor, for use with an antenna system, which initiates an alarm signal whenever a communication interfering object presence is detected by said antenna sensor for a predetermined time within proximity of said antenna.

The object presence detection sensor generates an optical, RF, ultrasonic or magnetic field signal(s) around an antenna towards a preset distance from the antenna, generating antenna operation protective shield signal(s) around said antenna. Communication interfering object presence detection sensor of the present invention is responsive to the detection of object(s) presence within the pattern of said sensor-generated signals.

The object detection sensor antenna of the present invention additionally transmits said alarm signals to a monitoring station containing information to both said antenna tamper condition and to said antenna location.

And the communication interfering object detection sensor antenna of the present invention is capable of sending signal(s) to immobilize a vehicle upon detection of a communication interfering object presence within the pattern of object detection signal(s).

Claims

1. - Tamper detection sensing antenna comprises of, an antenna and a sensor(s), said antenna is used for RF communication, and said sensor is used for generating signal(s) around said antenna towards a preset distance, for the detection to the presence of antenna communication interfering object(s) within the proximity of said sensor antenna. When said antenna sensor for predetermined time detects the presence of an object within the proximity of said generated signal(s), said sensor transmits a tamper alarm signal.

2. - Tamper detection sensing antenna of claim 1 wherein said antenna sensor is connected to an apparatus, when said apparatus receives for a predetermined time said tamper alarm signal, said apparatus will generate an audio and or a visual alarm signal(s)

3. - Tamper detection sensing antenna of claim 1 wherein said antenna is connected to a communication apparatus, said communication apparatus transmits said tamper alarm signal to a monitoring station containing information to both, said tamper alarm condition and to said particular apparatus and or its location.

4. - Tamper detection sensing antenna of claim 3 wherein said tamper alarm signal is transmitted to a monitoring station through a hardwire connection and or through a wireless communication.

5. - Tamper detection sensor antenna as claimed in claim 3 wherein said sensor antenna is a GPS antenna, and it is connected to a GPS receiver unit, said GPS antenna/receiver and the communication apparatus is installed on mobile asset.

6. - Tamper detection sensing antenna as claimed in claim 5, wherein said communication apparatuses is a wireless communication devices, said communication device transmits said tamper alarm signals by means of said wireless communication apparatus antenna.

7. - Tamper detection sensing antenna of claim 1 wherein said tamper detection antenna is connected to a communication apparatus through a hard wire connection means. Said antenna connection is tamper proof Said communication apparatus upon receiving hardwire tamper detection signal. Said apparatus transmits a tamper alarm signal through a hardwire connection or wirelessly through said communication apparatus antenna and or secondary antenna.

8. - Tamper detection sensing antenna as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sensor antenna is connected by means of a wire harness to a communication apparatus with a normally close loop connection. When said antenna sensor(s) detects the presence of an object within proximity of said antenna, or said sensor antenna wire harness is tampered or disconnected, said normally close loop connection becomes upon, and the communication apparatus will transmit an tamper alarm signal.

9. - Tamper detection sensing antenna as claims 1, 5 and 7 wherein said tamper detection antenna is installed on a vehicle, said antenna sensor is connected to a vehicle apparatus, when said apparatus for predetermined time receives a tamper alarm signal from said antenna sensor(s), said apparatus activates said vehicle immobilizer circuitry to immobilize said vehicle.

10. - Tamper detection sensing antenna as claimed in claim 1, wherein said tamper detection antenna additionally is equipped with an RF transceiver, and is connected to a power supply, said antenna RF transceiver is communicating with said antennas received or transmitted RF signal with a communication apparatus. additionally said antenna transceiver with a unique code signal randomly communicating with said communication apparatus to ascertain supervised operation of said antenna system. When said antenna sensor detects the presence of an object within the proximity of said antenna, or when said sensor antenna random communication is interrupt, said communication apparatus will transmit a tamper alarm signal.

11. - Tamper detection sensing antenna as claimed in claim 9, wherein said vehicle apparatus transmits antenna tamper signal to a monitoring station, and said monitoring station upon receipt of said signal, transmit a signal to said vehicle communication apparatus to immobilize said vehicle.

12. - Tamper detection sensing antenna of claim 1 wherein said antenna sensor object detection generated signal, is an optical, RF Microwave, Electromagnetic, or ultrasonic signals.
