Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide the apparatuses and systems for planning the rotation of part usage between a plurality of shafts or plants.
The rotation planning apparatuses and system each comprise: a schedule information input section 1 for entering the schedule information relating to the operation and inspection-purpose shutdown of the plurality of shafts or plants for which operation plans are to be established; a part type/attribute input section 2 for entering the life, maintenance period requirements, maintenance cost requirements, and other attributes of each part that are predetermined according to the particular type of part; a part information input section 3 for entering the initial status of the parts whose usage is to be rotated, such as the operational status of these parts during the start of rotation planning, and the operation time of the parts; a part allocation processing section 4 by which either of the parts whose attributes have been entered is to be allocated to the entered operating periods between the inspection-purpose shutdown periods of the plurality of shafts or plants; an allocation establishment judging section 5 for judging the presence/absence of discrepancies in the operation plan after part allocation, and; a display plan section 6 for displaying the part allocation information, part-by-part total operating time, part replacement or repair timing covered in the established operation plan.
