13. A method of making a tissue scaffold implant device, comprising:
-
placing a polymer solution comprising a soluble polymer dissolved in a suitable solvent therefore onto a proximate surface of at least one of a tissue scaffold component and a tissue scaffold support component, placing the proximate surfaces of said tissue scaffold and tissue scaffold support components in contact one with the other, and removing the solvent from said polymer solution, thereby providing fixed attachment of said tissue scaffold support component to said tissue scaffold component. - View Dependent Claims (14, 15, 16, 17)

18. A method of making a tissue scaffold implant device, comprising:
-
placing a thermoplastic polymer sheet on a proximate surface of a fixation component, placing a proximate surface of a tissue scaffold component on said thermoplastic polymer sheet, applying sufficient heat to melt said thermoplastic polymer sheet, and cooling said thermoplastic polymer sheet, thereby providing fixed attachment of said fixation component to said tissue scaffold component.
