Abstract

The present invention relates to a connecting arrangement, comprising a bolt element having a shank (4) and comprising at least one washer which can be pushed onto the shank (4), the shank (4) and the washer having such a code that the washer can be pushed onto the shank (4) only in a predetermined position, in particular in such a way that a peripheral punching burr which is present points away from the head of the bolt element. In order to reduce the technological manufacturing outlay of such a connection while functionality remains at least at the same high level, it is proposed that the code consist of at least one convexly designed cross section (Q), which extends over at least a section of the length of the shank (4) and is asymmetrical with regard to all the radial axes (C-C, D-D) running through a central cross-section axis (X1) of the shank (4), and of a push-on opening, interlocking with this cross section (Q), of the second washer. The invention also comprises the elements of the connecting arrangement as individual parts.

Claims

1. Bolt/washer arrangement, comprising a bolt element (1) having a shank (4) and comprising at least one washer (22) which can be pushed onto the shank (4), the shank (4) and the washer (22) having such a code that the washer (22) can be pushed on only in a predetermined position, characterized in that the code consists of at least one convexly designed cross section (Q), which extends over at least a section of the length of the shank (4) and is asymmetrical with regard to all the radial axes (C-C, D-D, M-O, P-N) running through a central cross-section axis (X1) of the shank (4), and of a push-on opening (24), interlocking with this cross section (Q), of the washer (22).

Connecting arrangement, comprising a bolt element (1) according to claim 1 having a head (2), adjoining which is the shank (4), the head (2) being formed from an application point (6) arranged concentrically to a bolt longitudinal axis (X-X) and intended for a tool and from a first eccentric washer (8) arranged eccentrically to the bolt longitudinal axis (X-X), and comprising at least one second eccentric washer (22) which has a peripheral punching burr on one side, the shank and the second eccentric washer (22) having such a code that the second eccentric washer (22) can be pushed onto the shank (4) in the correct position only in such a way that the peripheral punching burr points away from the head (2), characterized in that the second eccentric washer (22) is formed from the washer (22) according to claim 1, the shank (4) and eccentric washer (22) having the code according to claim 1.

3. Arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the asymmetrical, convexly designed cross section (Q) of the shank (4) and the push-on opening (24) interlocking with this cross section (Q) have in basic form the shape of an irregular convex polygon (MNOP).

4. Connecting arrangement according to claim 3, characterized in that the sides of the convex irregular polygon (MNOP) have convex rounded portions (R1, R2, R3, RA, RB, RC, RD, RF, RG), in particular in the shape of an arc of a circle.

Connecting arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the cross section (Q) of the shank (4) and the push-on opening (24) comprise at least two, preferably three to four, straight sides (S1, S2, S3, SA, SB) designed and/or arranged asymmetrically with regard to all the radial axes (C-C, D-D, M-O, N-P) running through the central cross-section axis (X1).

6. Connecting arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the shank (4) has a threaded section (14) at one end, onto which threaded section (14) a nut can be screwed.

7. Connecting arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the code is located in a thread-free guide section (10) of the shank (4).

Bolt element (1) for an arrangement according to claim 1, having a shank (4) which has such a code that a washer (22) having a push-on opening (24) can be pushed onto the shank (4) only in a predetermined position, characterized in that the code consists of at least one convexly designed cross section (Q) which extends over at least a section of the length of the shank (4), is asymmetrical with regard to all the radial axes (C-C, D-D, M-O, N-P) running through a central cross-section longitudinal axis (X1) and is adapted in an interlocking manner to the push-on opening (24) of the washer (22).

Bolt element (1) for an arrangement according to one of claims 2 to 7, having a head (2) and a shank (4) adjoining the head (2), the head (2) being formed from an application point (6) arranged concentrically to a bolt longitudinal axis (X-X) and intended for a tool and from a first eccentric washer (8) arranged eccentrically to the bolt longitudinal axis (X-X), and the shank (4) having such a code that a second eccentric washer (22) which has a punching burr on one side and an eccentrically arranged push-on opening (24) can be pushed onto the shank (4) only in such a way that the peripheral punching burr points away from the head (2), characterized in that the code consists of at least one convexly designed cross section (Q) which extends over at least a section of the length of the shank (4), is asymmetrical with regard to all the radial axes (C-C, D-D, M-O, N-P) running through a central cross-section longitudinal axis (X1) and is adapted in an interlocking manner to the pushon opening (24) of the eccentric washer (22).

10. Bolt element according to claim 8 or 9, characterized by one or more of the features of the characterizing part of claims 3 to 7.

Washer (22) for a connecting arrangement according to claim 1, having a push-on opening (24) for the shank (4) of a bolt element (1) and having such a code that it can be pushed with the push-on opening (24) onto the shank (4) only in a predetermined position, characterized in that the code consists of the convexly designed push-on opening (24) which is asymmetrical with regard to all the radial axes running through the one central axis (Y1-Y1) of the push-on opening (24) and is adapted in an interlocking manner to the cross section (Q) of at least a section of the length of the shank (4).

Eccentric washer (22) for a connecting arrangement according to one of claims 2 to 7, having a punching burr formed on one side and having a push-on opening (24), arranged eccentrically to a centre axis, for the shank (4) of a bolt element (1) which has a head (2) and the shank (4) adjoining the head (2), the head (2) being formed from an application point (6) arranged concentrically to a bolt longitudinal axis (X-X) and intended for a tool and from a first eccentric washer (8) arranged eccentrically to the bolt longitudinal axis (X-X), the eccentric washer (22) having such a code that it can be pushed as second eccentric washer (22) with the push-on opening (24) onto the shank (4) only in such a way that the peripheral punching burr points away from the head (2), characterized by a code according to the characterizing part of claim 11.

13. Washer according to claim 11 or eccentric washer according to claim 12, characterized by one or more of the features of the characterizing part of claims 1 to 7.
