15. A system for tissue connection comprising:

an elongate delivery device having a lumen, a proximal end, and a distal end;
wherein said distal end is configured to engage tissue and advance said device into tissue through rotation of the delivery device about a longitudinal axis;
means for anchoring tissue deliverable through said delivery device;
an elongate member deliverable to the target site via a guide catheter, said elongate member assuming a first substantially linear configuration while engaged with said guide catheter and a second substantially circular configuration defining a first support ring and a second support ring when removed from the guide catheter.

16. A system for tissue connection comprising:
a plurality of tissue anchors coupled to a single suture, wherein said suture is slidably coupled to each anchor, wherein the anchors are configured so that tissue coupled to each of said anchors will be draw together when the suture is tightened.
