Abstract

A vehicle (1) is described, having at least one sensor (2) for detecting the vehicle environment (3) and having a motion-state actuator (50) for acting on the motion state of the vehicle (1), the motion-state actuator (50) being provided to act on the motion state of the vehicle (1) in the event of activation of the motion-state actuator (50), the information (10) detected by the sensor (2) being provided for activating the motion-state actuator (50) when it is intended for the vehicle (1) to turn off and traffic is obstructing such a turning-off action.

Claims

1. A vehicle (1) having at least one sensor (2) for detecting the vehicle environment (3) and having a motion-state actuator (50) for acting on the motion state of the vehicle (1), the motion-state actuator (50) being provided to act on the motion state of the vehicle (1) in response to activation of the motion-state actuator (50),

wherein the information (10) detected by the sensor (2) is provided for activating the motion-state actuator (50) when it is intended for the vehicle (1) to turn off and traffic is obstructing such a turning-off action.

3. The vehicle as recited in claim 1,

wherein the vehicle (1) includes a notification device (60), the notification device (60) being provided to signal notifications or warnings to a vehicle operator in the event of activation of the notification device (60), the information (10) detected by the sensor (2) also being provided for activating the notification device (60) when it is intended for the vehicle (1) to turn off and traffic is obstructing such a turning-off action.

4. The vehicle (1) as recited in one of claims 1 or 3,

wherein the motion-state actuator (50) is activatable as a function of a steering angle and a yaw rate;

and the motion-state actuator (50) is activated in the event of a lack of compatibility of the steering angle and the yaw rate.

5. The vehicle (1) as recited in claim 4,

wherein the motion-state actuator (50) is also activated in the event of compatibility of the steering angle and yaw rate, if it is determined via sensor (2) that a lack of compatibility of the steering angle and yaw rate is directly imminent.

6. The vehicle (1) as recited in claim 4 or 5,

wherein the information (10) detected by the sensor (2) is used during activation of the motion-state actuator (50) so that it works toward preventing the vehicle (1) encountering obstacles (200) and/or so that leaving the lane, which is detected with the aid of the sensor (2), is avoided.

7. The vehicle (1) as recited in claim 1, 3, 4, 5, or 6,

wherein the vehicle (1) has a driver command detector (35), the driver command detector (35) being provided for detecting at least one driver command, the activation of the motion-state actuator (50) being at least partially cancelable or reducible in its effect in the event of detection of a driver command which is at least partially opposed to the activation of the motion-state actuator (50).

2. A vehicle having at least one sensor (2) for detecting the vehicle environment (3) and having a notification device (60), the notification device (60) being provided to signal notifications or warnings to a vehicle operator in the event of activation of the notification device (60),

wherein the information (10) detected by the sensor (2) is provided for activating the notification device (60) when it is intended for the vehicle (1) to turn off and traffic is obstructing such a turning-off action.
