Abstract

Disclosed herein is an electronic financial transaction system and method providing a real-time authentication service through a wire/wireless communication network that is provided with an electronic slip processing function and a deposit account, so electronic financial transaction users can authenticate electronic financial transactions in real time. The system and method of the present invention is provided with an electronic slip processing function. Accordingly, electronic financial transaction users can authenticate electronic financial transactions in real time using electronic slips without temporal and spatial restrictions, so electronic financial transactions can be safely, conveniently and rapidly carried out. Additionally, an approval authority can approve financial transactions in real time without temporal and spatial restrictions, so a multi-approval function through a mobile communication network is provided to prevent a leakage of information and a misappropriation of money.

Claims

1. An electronic financial transaction system for providing a real-time authentication service through a wire/wireless communication network, comprising:

a mobile communication terminal for requesting an electronic financial transaction and an electronic financial transaction approval;

an electronic slip processor connected to a mobile communication network for transmitting an electronic slip to the mobile communication terminal and receiving a payment-approved electronic slip from the mobile communication terminal to confirm a payment approval; and

at least one integrated account electronic financial transaction device for integratively managing members and their accounts, transmitting member and electronic financial transaction request information including a telephone number of an electronic financial transaction user'"'"'s mobile communication terminal to the electronic slip processor in response to the at least one electronic financial transaction request of electronic financial transaction users, and executing the requested electronic financial transaction in response to the confirmation of the payment approval received from the electronic slip processor.

2. The electronic financial transaction system according to claim 1, wherein the electronic financial transaction request by the user is one of an electronic financial payment, fund transfer between enterprises, electronic commerce, and mobile payment.

3. The electronic financial transaction system according to claim 1, wherein the integrated account electronic financial transaction device includes a deposit account for temporarily storing money withdrawn from each member'"'"'s account until a real electronic financial transaction occurs.

4. The electronic financial transaction system according to claim 1, wherein the electronic slip includes a transaction date, transaction details, a transaction amount, a slip number and information on a transaction user, and an advertisement.

5. The electronic financial transaction system according to claim 1, wherein the electronic slip is transmitted in the form of characters or voices, such that each transaction can be authenticated in real time.

6. An electronic financial transaction system for providing a real-time authentication service through a wire/wireless communication network, comprising:

a Web server for controlling the operation of an integrated account electronic financial transaction to provide an integrated account electronic financial transaction service to users who access the Web server through the Internet and register as members;

a user managing server for managing each user to ascertain which user accesses the Web server in log on and determine whether the integrated account electronic financial transaction service is provided to the accessed user, while managing users accessing the Web server through the Internet;

an affiliated store managing server for managing data of affiliated stores which are members desirous of providing the integrated account electronic financial transaction service allowing the user to pay when the user wants to pay using his communication system;

a financial communication server for finding a bank corresponding to an established account of the user and requesting the electronic financial transaction when the electronic financial transaction is generated;

a deposit account managing server for depositing and managing payment amount before the user who is a purchaser in electronic commerce confirms a commodity;

a wireless application protocol (WAP) (ARS) servers for allowing a home delivery service provider to access the integrated account managing service and manage a confirmation procedure so as to confirm that a purchased commodity is delivered to the user through the home delivery service provider;

a financial telecommunications and clearings institute connected to the financial communication server for enabling the payment to be performed through affiliated banks including a shopping mall payment bank, an affiliated store bank, credit card companies, and a transfer bank;

an electronic slip managing server for generating an electronic slip and an electronic slip number using an identification (ID) and a password of the user when the user requires the electronic financial transaction;

a communication server connected to a mobile communication service provider for transmitting the electronic slip generated by the electronic slip managing server to a communication system of the user;

a mobile communication terminal of a home delivery service provider who subscribes to a mobile communication terminal service provider individually to deliver commodities;

a user mobile communication terminal of the user who registers as a member to purchase a commodity or request a financial transaction;

a mobile communication terminal of a manager who approves financial transactions of an accountant managing settlements; and

an affiliated store mobile communication terminal managed by an affiliated store owner who sells commodities.

7. The electronic financial transaction system according to claim 6, wherein the electronic slip processor generates the electronic slip and advertisement in electronic commerce, and sends the electronic slip to the mobile communication system of the user.

The electronic financial transaction system according to claim 6, wherein the electronic slip processor generates the electronic slip, and inquires and authenticates the electronic slip using the mobile communication system of the user, thus allowing the user to inquire about his account information, when the user wants to see his account information through the Internet.

The electronic financial transaction system according to claim 6, wherein the electronic slip processor transmits the electronic slip to the communication system of the user, thereby allowing the user to perform an account transfer using a payment authentication method, when the user wants to perform the account transfer through the Internet.

10. An electronic financial transaction method of providing a real-time authentication service through a wire/wireless communication network, comprising the steps of:

responding to a financial transaction request of an electronic financial transaction user;

confirming credit and qualification of the electronic financial transaction user;

transmitting an electronic slip, in which an advertisement is recorded, to the electronic financial transaction user through a mobile communication network; and

executing the requested financial transaction if payment approval is accomplished by inputting an electronic slip number by the user.

16. The electronic financial transaction method according to any one of claims 10, 11 and 15, wherein if the user does not approve payment by inputting the electronic slip number by the user, the payment approval is performed by transmitting acknowledgement through a mobile communication terminal.

11. An electronic financial transaction method of providing a real-time authentication service through a wire/wireless communication network, wherein the method allows an authority to approve payments in real time without temporal and spatial restrictions, the method comprising the steps of:

responding to a financial transaction request of an electronic financial transaction user;

confirming credit and qualification of the electronic financial transaction user;

transmitting an electronic slip for electronic financial transaction, in which an electronic slip number is recorded, to the authority concerned with the electronic financial transaction through a mobile communication network;

transmitting an electronic slip for a person in charge of the electronic financial transaction to the electronic financial transaction user if the payment approval is accomplished by transmitting the electronic slip number of the electronic financial transaction electronic slip through the mobile communication network by the authority; and

confirming the payment approval of the electronic slip for a person in charge of the electronic financial transaction and executing the requested financial transaction.

An electronic financial transaction method of providing a real-time authentication service through a wire/wireless communication network, wherein the method allows a purchaser to order a commodity through a communication network, receive an ordered commodity and then approve payment for the commodity, the method comprising the steps of:

responding to a commodity order of the purchaser;

confirming credit and qualification of the purchaser;

transmitting an electronic slip, in which an advertisement is recorded, to the purchaser through a mobile communication network;

confirming that the purchaser has approved payment by transmitting an electronic slip number and transferring the payment amount to a deposit account of the purchaser;

informing an electronic commerce shopping mall owner of the receipt of the payment amount, such that the electronic commerce shopping mall owner instructs a home delivery service provider to deliver the ordered commodity;

indicating that the home delivery service provider delivers the commodity to the purchaser through the Internet, confirming the indication, and transmitting a delivery electronic slip to both the purchaser and the home delivery service provider;

authenticating the transmitted delivery electronic slip through a mobile communication terminal of the home delivery service provider by the purchaser; and

transferring payment amount from the deposit account of the purchaser to a real account of the electronic commerce shopping mall owner.

The electronic financial transaction method according to claim 12, wherein if payment approval for transmitting the electronic slip number after the electronic slip is transmitted to the purchaser through the mobile communication terminal is not performed, the payment approval is determined by confirming whether acknowledgement has been transmitted through the terminal, such that the payment amount is transferred to the deposit account of the purchaser,

if payment approval for authenticating financial transaction through a mobile communication terminal of the home delivery service provider is not performed after the delivery electronic slip is transmitted to both the purchaser and the home delivery service provider according to a fact that the home delivery service provider delivers the commodity to the purchaser, the payment approval is performed by transmitting the acknowledgement through the mobile communication terminal by the purchaser and informing the home delivery service provider of the transmission of the acknowledgement.

14. The electronic financial transaction method according to claim 12, wherein the deposit account is realized as a deposit account of the electronic commerce shopping mall owner if the electronic commerce shopping mall owner is reliable, as well as the deposit account of the purchaser.

15. An electronic financial transaction method of providing a real-time authentication service through a wire/wireless communication network, comprising the steps of:

requesting an electronic financial approval through a mobile communication network by a purchaser;

confirming the purchaser and an affiliated store owner in response to the approval request of the purchaser, generating an electronic slip and an advertisement, and simultaneously transmitting the electronic slip to both the purchaser and an affiliated store owner through the mobile communication network;

approving the electronic slip by inputting an electronic slip number through a communication terminal of the affiliated store owner by the purchaser and transmitting the approved electronic slip through- the mobile communication network; and

confirming the approved electronic slip and transferring the approved payment amount from an account of the purchaser to a receipt account of the affiliated store owner.
