1. A probe for impedance imaging comprising:
- a plurality of conductive elements adapted to contact tissue of a subject;
a plurality of conductive wires connecting the conductive elements to an external connector; and
one or more non-conductive materials, wherein the x-ray absorbance of the non-conductive materials, in at least some of the surface areas of the probe, is a function of the x-ray absorbance of the conductive wires and elements in the same surface area, such that the probe has substantially the same x-ray absorbance over most of the surface area of the probe.
