1. A switching power converter controller, wherein the switching power converter controls a plurality of pulse-width-modulated switching power converters, comprising:
- a controller configured to control the pulse widths for each switching power converter to regulate the corresponding power from each switching power converter, wherein the pulse widths for the switching power converters are defined with respect to a single period; and
wherein the controller is further configured to control the pulse widths for each switching power converter in a given period based upon feedback information from each power converter in previous periods, and wherein the controller is further configured to estimate the amount of charge transferred to loads associated with each switching power converter.
