Abstract

A portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting security system ideally suited for mobile protection of property, spaces and people, and for protection in motor vehicles, residences, businesses and other commercial locations, either as a stand alone system or as an addition in whole or in part to existing security systems, when an intruder enters into personal spaces, detection devices determine the intruder'"'"'s presence and digital photographs are immediately taken, and securely transmitted to pre-determined recipients that may include an owner-operator, apprehending authorities or others. Time and date are annotated to these photographs. Furthermore, an audio message is sent to the owner-operator, apprehending authorities or others that the intrusion is occurring, also annotating this information with time and date, thus enabling an opportunity to respond immediately to the intrusion. If desired, a local audio message at the intrusion location may announce to the intruder that detection has been made and or that photographs have already been taken and securely transmitted.

Claims

1. A portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of unwanted intruders into personal spaces comprising:

an electronic microprocessor based control unit;

one or more sensors to detect intrusion;

one or more digital cameras;

a cellular telephone module;

email multi-media messaging service;

record-able and replay-able audio messages;

programming either from a keypad or an external computer;

data storage;

a communication port;

a rechargeable battery power supply;

an on-off switch.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 1, wherein digital photographs are taken of an intruder or intruders upon their triggering of detection sensors, and these digital photographs are compressed in small file sizes, annotated with the immediate date and time, and transmitted individually or in batches via wireless cellular mode on a secure encrypted email multi-media messaging service to a pre-programmed recipient or recipients.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 1, wherein digital photographs are taken of an intruder or intruders upon their triggering of detection sensor(s), and these digital photographs are compressed in small file sizes, annotated with the immediate date and time, and transmitted individually or in batches via wireless cellular mode on a secure encrypted email multi-media messaging service to a central control center which archives the digital photographs and sends a copy to pre-programmed recipients by wireless or wire based modes.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 1, wherein upon triggering of detection sensor(s) by an intruder or intruders, a pre-recorded audio message, annotated with the immediate time and date, is sent on a cellular telephone module to a pre-programmed recipient or recipients.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 1, wherein upon triggering of detection sensors by an intruder or intruders, a pre-recorded audio message, annotated with the immediate time and date, is sent on a cellular telephone module to a central control center which archives the message and relays the message to pre-programmed recipient or recipients by wireless or wire based modes.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 1, wherein upon triggering of detection sensors by an intruder or intruders, a pre-recorder audio message or alarm sound is played in the vicinity of the intruder alerting the intruder to detection.

7. A portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of unwanted intruders into personal spaces comprising:

an electronic microprocessor based control unit;

one or more digital cameras;

a cellular telephone module;

email multi-media messaging service;

record-able and replayable audio messages;

programming either from a keypad or an external computer;

data storage;

a communication port.

8. The instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 7, wherein the system is combined with other installed or new security systems that incorporate sensors to detect intrusion, power and an on-off switch.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 7 and claim 8, wherein digital photographs are taken of an intruder or intruders upon their triggering of detection sensors, and these digital photographs are compressed in small file sizes, annotated with the immediate date and time, and transmitted individually or in batches via wireless cellular mode on a secure encrypted email multi-media messaging service to a pre-programmed recipient or recipients.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 7 and claim 8, wherein digital photographs are taken of an intruder or intruders upon their triggering of detection sensors, and these digital photographs are compressed in small file sizes, annotated with the immediate date and time, and transmitted individually or in batches via wireless cellular mode on a secure encrypted email multi-media messaging service to a central control center which archives the digital photographs and sends a copy to pre-programmed recipients by wireless or wire based modes.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 7 and claim 8, wherein upon triggering of detection sensors by an intruder or intruders, a pre-recorded audio message, annotated with the immediate time and date, is sent on a cellular telephone module to a preprogrammed recipient or recipients.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 7 and claim 8, wherein upon triggering of detection sensors by an intruder or intruders, a pre-recorded audio message, annotated with the immediate time and date, is sent on a cellular telephone module to a central control center which archives the message and relays the message to pre-programmed recipient or recipients by wireless or wire based modes.

The portable instantaneous wireless event based photo identification and alerting system of claim 7 and claim 8, wherein upon triggering of detection sensors by an intruder or intruders, a pre-recorder audio message or alarm sound is played in the vicinity of the intruder alerting the intruder to detection.
