A system for encoding content such as an image consisting of computer readable data using a computer system provided with input means, storage means, control means, display means, and output means, the encode system for content data, characterized in that sample data of content, data of content main body, charging information concerning a price of using the content, attribute information for controlling use of the content, and a unique ID for identifying the content are included in data stored by processing comprising:
- a step of designating charging information concerning a price of using the content, attribute information concerning control of use of the content, and information for creating the content main body and sample data of the content;
a step of packaging data of the content based upon the designated information;
a step of designating a storage place of the content; and
a step of storing the packaged data in an information storage medium.
