Abstract

A service supporting server supports service operation for a customer; and a terminal which can communicate with the service supporting server, wherein: the terminal comprises: a display part displaying a questionnaire; an inputting part for causing a customer to input for the questionnaire; and a questionnaire transmission part transmitting the thus-filled questionnaire to the service supporting server, and the service supporting server comprises a filled questionnaire analysis part analyzing the received filled questionnaire.

Claims

1. A service supporting system comprising:

a service supporting server supporting service operation for a customer; and

a terminal which can communicate with said service supporting server,

wherein;

said terminal comprises;

a display part displaying a questionnaire;

an inputting part for causing a customer to input for the questionnaire; and

a questionnaire transmission part transmitting the thus-filled questionnaire to said service supporting server, and

said service supporting server comprises a filled questionnaire analysis part analyzing the received filled questionnaire.

2. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

said inputting part comprises a touch panel.

3. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

said inputting part is configured to accept voice input.

4. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a service information outputting terminal which outputs information concerning a service for a customer who has input for the questionnaire.

5. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 4, wherein:

said service outputting terminal comprises a portable terminal; and

the service information is displayed on a display screen of said portable terminal in a form of barcode or character information.

6. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 4, wherein:

said service outputting terminal comprises a printing apparatus; and

the service information is printed out from said printing apparatus in a form of barcode or character information.

7. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 4, wherein:

said information concerning a service for a customer comprises charge discounting information

8. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

the contents of the questionnaire comprise information evaluating the service.

9. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

the contents of the questionnaire comprise information concerning equipment failure.

10. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 9, wherein:

when an equipment failure is reported by said questionnaire analysis part from the information concerning the equipment failure, said system reports the equipment failure to a terminal of a person who manages the relevant equipment.

11. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

the contents of the questionnaire comprise information concerning another party which competes for the same contents of service.

12. A service supporting server supporting service operation for a customer with a use of at least one terminal which can communicate with said service supporting server, comprising:

an input persuading information display part displaying information persuading a customer to input for a questionnaire concerning service operation;

a questionnaire display part displaying on the terminal the questionnaire;

a questionnaire analysis part analyzing the filled questionnaire received from the terminal; and

service information outputting part outputting information concerning a service for a customer on another terminal.

13. A service supporting method for supporting service operation with a use of at least one communicatable terminal, comprising:

a questionnaire display step of displaying a questionnaire concerning service operation on the terminal;

an analysis step of analyzing a filled questionnaire received from the terminal; and

a service information outputting step of outputting information concerning a service for a customer on another terminal.

14. A service supporting system comprising a service supporting server supporting service operation for a customer and a terminal communicatable with said service supporting server, wherein:

said terminal comprises;

a part identifying a customer;

a display part displaying a questionnaire concerning service operation;

an inputting part causing the customer to input for the questionnaire; and

a questionnaire transmission part transmitting the input questionnaire result to said service supporting server; and

said service supporting server comprises a questionnaire analysis part analyzing the received questionnaire result.

15. A service supporting system comprising a service supporting server supporting service operation for a customer and a terminal communicatable with said service supporting server, wherein:

said terminal comprises;

a part extracting biological characteristics of the customer;

a display part displaying a questionnaire concerning service operation;

an inputting part causing the customer to input for the questionnaire;

a questionnaire transmission part transmitting the biological characteristics and the input questionnaire result to said service supporting server; and

said service supporting server comprises a part searching a customer database for the received customer'"'"'s biological characteristics; and

a questionnaire analysis part analyzing the questionnaire result.

16. A service supporting system comprising a service supporting server supporting service operation for a customer and a terminal communicatable with said service supporting server, wherein:

said terminal comprises;

a part extracting biological characteristics of the customer;

a part for inputting a biography which is information concerning the customer and declared by the customer; and

a part transmitting the biological characteristics and the input biography to said service supporting server; and

said service supporting server comprises;

a part searching a customer database for the received customer'"'"'s biological characteristics; and

a part transmitting the search result to the terminal,

wherein said terminal comprises a part displaying the search result sent from said service supporting server.

17. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 16, comprising:

a part displaying or printing the customer'"'"'s biography.

18. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 17, comprising:

a part displaying or printing a service usage history of the customer

19. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 17, wherein:

the customer'"'"'s biological characteristics comprise at least one of facial features, fingerprint, iris code, and voiceprint and body height, gait and DNA.

20. A service supporting system comprising a service supporting server supporting service operation for a customer and a terminal communicatable with said service supporting server, wherein:

said terminal comprises;

a part detecting a medium lent to a customer storing therein usage authentication electronic data;

a part detecting an intention of the customer to finish the usage; and

a part printing out a usage account for the customer.

21. The service supporting system as claimed in claim 20, wherein;

said medium storing therein the usage authentication electronic data comprises a passive RF-ID chip which is started by external electromagnetic induction and transmits the usage authentication electronic data stored by air.
