Abstract

A sealing system (11) for sealing off a passage of a pipeline (2) in a wall (1) including a sealing strip (3) for sealing off the passage and three support members (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) for supporting the sealing strip (3). Each support member (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) has a fastening section (41.1) for attaching the support member (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) to the wall (1). The support elements (4.1, 4.2, 4.3) each have three sleeve sections (42, 43.1, 43.2). Engagement mandrels or points for engaging in the sealing strip (3) are provided on two of the sleeve sections (42.1, 43.2).

Claims

1. A sealing system for sealing off a conduit passage in a building part comprising at least one sealing means (3) for sealing off the passage and at least two support members (4;

4.1, 4.2, 4.3) for supporting the sealing means (3), wherein each support member (4) has a fastening section (41) for attaching the support member (4) to the building part, and wherein the support members (4;

4.1, 4.2, 4.3) each have at least two sleeve sections and engagement means (47.1, 47.2) are provided on at least one sleeve section (43.1, 43.2) for engaging in the sealing means (3).

2. The sealing system of claim 1, wherein the sealing means (3) comprises a fabric tape (31) whereon an inlay (32) of intumescent material is applied.

3. The sealing means of claim 1, wherein the sealing means (3) comprises a fabric tape (31) whereon an inlay (32) of material that expands upon contact with liquids is arranged.

4. The sealing system according to claim 3, wherein the sealing means (3) can be cut to length and the sealing means (3) can be wrapped around the conduit (2).

5. The sealing system of claim 4, wherein a hinge (48.1, 48.2) is provided between the sleeve section (43.1, 42;

42, 43.2).

6. A support member having a first arm with a fastening section (41) for fastening the support member (4) to a building part (1) and at least one second arm with a sleeve section (42) for attaching an object including a sealing means to a building part, wherein a further sleeve section (43.1, 43.2) is arranged on at least one side of the second arm for attaching the object.

7. The support member of claim 6, wherein a support section (44.1, 44.2, 44.3) oriented vertical to the sleeve section (42, 43.1, 43.2) is provided on a free end of at least one of the sleeve sections (42, 43.1, 43.2).

8. The support member of claim 6, wherein engagement means (47.1, 47.2) are formed on at least one of the sleeve segments (43.1, 43.2) and the engagement means (47.1, 47.2) can be brought into engagement with the object to be attached.

9. The support member of claim 8, wherein the sleeve sections (43.1, 42;

42, 43.2) are connected in hingelike fashion.

10. The support member of claim 9, wherein the support member (4) is manufactured out of sheet metal as a one of a punched part and a bent part.
