Abstract

A drive control for controlling a gear system which is connected to a motor. The drive control comprises one or several sensors for detecting operationally specific parameters of the gear system, and a decentralized sensor evaluation unit. The sensor or each sensor is connected to the decentralized sensor evaluation unit for separate evaluation of information provided by the sensor or sensors.

Claims

1. Drive regulation for open-loop and/or closed-loop control of a transmission (20) which is connected to a motor or engine (10) having

one or more sensors (60) for recording operation-specific parameters for the transmission (20), and

a decentralized sensor evaluation unit (70) to which the or each sensor (60) is connected for autonomous evaluation of information which is supplied from the sensor or the sensors.

3. The drive regulation as claimed in claim 1 or 2, in which the sensor or sensors (60) has or have at least one tilting moment sensor, leakage sensor, torque sensor, temperature sensor, or rotation speed sensors, vibration or oscillation sensors or oil-level sensors.

4. The drive regulation as claimed in at least one of claims 1 to 3, in which the sensor or the sensors (60) and/or decentralized sensor evaluation unit (70) is or are located physically on the motor or engine (10) or on the transmission (20) or at least relatively physically close to it or them.

5. The drive regulation as claimed in at least one of claims 1 to 3, in which the sensor evaluation unit (70) together with the sensor or the sensors (60) represents a decentralized intelligent information gathering and evaluation unit.

6. The drive regulation as claimed in one of claims 1 to 5, in which the sensor evaluation unit (70) has a control unit (80) which makes it possible for the sensor evaluation unit (70) to act directly on the transmission (20), and/or to control it.

7. The drive regulation as claimed in one of claims 1 to 6, in which the sensor evaluation unit (70) has a communication unit (90) which makes it possible for the sensor evaluation unit (70) to carry out data communication with an external appliance (50).

8. The drive regulation as claimed in one of claims 1 to 7, in which the sensor evaluation unit (70) has a communication unit (90) which makes it possible for an external appliance (50) to carry out data communication with the sensor evaluation unit (70).

9. The drive regulation as claimed in claim 8, in which the communication unit (90) furthermore makes it possible for the sensor evaluation unit (70) to carry out data communication with the external appliance (50).

The drive regulation as claimed in at least one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the decentralized sensor evaluation unit (70) forms a unit directly with the motor or engine (10) and/or the transmission (20), and allows autonomous regulation of the engine or motor (10) and/or transmission (20) in response to specific signals from the at least one sensor (60).

The drive regulation for open-loop and/or closed-loop control of a transmission (20) which is connected to a motor or engine (10), having a sensor evaluation unit (70) which by means of power electronics (30) is connected to the motor or engine (10) and/or to the transmission (20), with the motor or engine (10) and the transmission (20) forming a unit, and with the at least one sensor (60) being connected to the sensor evaluation unit (70).
