Abstract
Methods and apparatus are provided for managing information relating to residents of senior housing residence facilities. In some embodiments, a distributed system manages resident information for a plurality of remotely located residence facilities. Contacts with residents and performance of tasks by facility employees may be reliably tracked using PDA'"'"'s.
