1. A method of non-intrusively detecting the presence of any of a predetermined group of bioagents on or in a person, comprising the steps of:
- applying an airstream to the person for sweeping bioagents exhaled by the person or which are present on the clothing of the person downstream;
collecting at least a portion of said airstream from downstream; and
testing said portion for the presence of any of said predetermined group of bioagents.
