14. A method of preparing a pharmaceutically acceptable solution comprising:
-
providing a dissolution chamber, wherein the dissolution chamber comprises a housing, a diluent, and at least one reagent bed, wherein the diluent and the at least one reagent bed are separated by a friable barrier and a flow distribution disk;
applying sufficient pressure to the diluent such that the friable barrier is ruptured and the diluent is applied to the flow distribution disk, micro-spirals are creating in the diluent emerging from the distribution disk; and
dissolving the at least one reagent bed with the diluent such that the pharmaceutically acceptable solution is prepared. - View Dependent Claims (15, 16)
