1. A venous prosthesis for a catheter-implantation into a blood vessel, comprising:
- a) a stent structure (1) of a biocompatible material which is implanted into the blood vessel for growing together with the blood vessel, and b) a unidirectional fluid valve (2) firmly installed in the stent structure (1), said fluid valve consisting at least at the surface thereof of a cell rejecting thrombose-inhibiting material.
