1. A display device being provided with a display driving circuit including a ratioless dynamic shift register which includes multi-staged inverters on a substrate surface, wherein:

  • the ratioless dynamic shift register is comprised of MISTFTs which use polycrystalline silicon as a semiconductor layer, separate MISTFTs are connected in parallel to MISTFTs which are connected to ground levels of outputs of respective stages of the multi-staged inverters, and the separate MISTFTs are comprised such that each output is dropped to a ground level during a period other than a period in which a signal of High level is transmitted in response to an input signal of an inverter coupled to an input of a stage which is comprised of a MISTFT.
