According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method of arranging a call with a service provider is disclosed. The method includes: determining whether the service provider accepts arranged calls; if it is determined that the service provider does not accept arranged calls, contacting the service provider to request arranged calls from the service provider; and if it is determined that the service provider accepts arranged calls, requesting an arranged call.

the server determining whether to establish contact with the client at a later time;
if it is determined to establish contact at a later time, the server scheduling a contact with the first service provider through establishing a communication channel with the client;
the server determining whether the scheduling is successful; and
if the scheduling is unsuccessful, the server performing at least an act selected from a group comprising;
scheduling a call with a second service provider; and

a machine readable medium that provides instructions that, if executed by a machine, will cause the machine to perform operations including;
searching a directory, the directory including data regarding a plurality of service providers;

if it is determined to establish contact at a later time, scheduling a contact with the first service provider;
