6. A motor driven turbo charging apparatus comprising:

a multi-phase induction motor for driving a rotary shaft of said turbo charger; and
a power supply circuit for supplying electric power to said induction motor, wherein said power supply circuit comprises;
a converter circuit for boosting an input voltage;
an inverter circuit for converting an output voltage of said converter circuit into a multi-phase power and supplying said multi-phase power to said induction motor; and
