The method includes the steps of displaying attachment details for the plurality of attachments, displaying a representation of at least a portion of a human body; generating a graphical indicia for each attachment and displaying the indicia at the appropriate location on the human representation; upon receipt of input from a user, displaying at least one task associated with at least one attachment; and upon receipt of input from a user, providing a clinical document or image associated with an attachment.
