Abstract

It is an object of the invention to provide an electromagnetic wave shield for attenuating a electric far field while suppressing the attenuation of the vicinal magnetic flux of an electromagnetic wave discharged from a high frequency electromagnetic wave generator. An electromagnetic wave shield according to the invention comprises a plurality of electric conductors, a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and a lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact, the electric conductors being electrically connected to the ground contact through the lead wire, wherein the electric conductors are provided in such a manner that a path reaching the ground contact through the lead wire from an optional point of each of the electric conductors is uniquely determined.

Claims

1. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors, a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and a lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact, the electric conductors being electrically connected to the ground contact through the lead wire, wherein the electric conductors are provided in such a manner that a path reaching the ground contact through the lead wire from an optional point of each of the electric conductors is uniquely determined.

3. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 1, wherein the electric conductors, the ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and the lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact are constituted on a support member.

4. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 1, wherein the electric conductors are covered with an insulating material.

5. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 1, wherein the electric conductors are formed by litz wires obtained by twisting the electric conductors covered with an insulating material.

The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 1, wherein a wire width of each of the electric conductors ranges from 0.05 mm to 5 mm, and an average interval between the electric conductors which is obtained by dividing a length of a side on which the electric conductors and an outer periphery of a region provided with the electric conductors cross each other by a number of points on which the electric conductors and the outer periphery of the region provided with the electric conductors cross each other ranges from 4 mm to 50 mm.

18. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 16, wherein the electric conductors, the ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and the lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact are constituted on a support member.

19. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 16, wherein the electric conductors are covered with an insulating material.

20. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 16, wherein the electric conductors are formed by litz wires obtained by twisting the electric conductors covered with an insulating material.

31. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 1, wherein the electric conductor is wound around.

34. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 31, wherein the electric conductor is constituted on a support member.

35. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 34, wherein the support member is almost box-shaped.

36. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 31, wherein the electric conductor is covered with an insulating material.

37. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 31, wherein the electric conductor is formed by a litz wire obtained by twisting an electric conductor covered fifth an insulating material.

2. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors, a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and a lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact, the electric conductors being electrically connected to the ground contact through the lead wire, wherein the electric conductors are connected to the ground contact through the lead wire by such an electrical connection as not to form a closed loop structure.

The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 2, wherein a wire width of each of the electric conductors ranges from 0.05 mm to 5 mm, and an average interval between the electric conductors which is obtained by dividing a length of a side on which the electric conductors and an outer periphery of a region provided with the electric conductors cross each other by a number of points on which the electric conductors and the outer periphery of the region provided with the electric conductors cross each other ranges from 4 mm to 50 mm.

32. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 2, wherein the electric conductor is wound around.

6. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors, a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and a lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact, the electric conductors being connected to the ground contact through the lead wire, wherein the electric conductors are provided in such a manner that a path reaching the ground contact through the lead wire from an optional point of each of the electric conductors is uniquely determined, and are formed like a bag.

8. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 6, wherein the electric conductors, the ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and the lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact are constituted on a support member.

9. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 6, wherein the electric conductors are covered with an insulating material.

10. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 6, wherein the electric conductors are formed by litz wires obtained by twisting the electric conductors covered with an insulating material.

An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors, a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and a lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact, the electric conductors being connected to the ground contact through the lead wire, wherein the electric conductors are connected to the ground contact through the lead wire by such an electrical connection as not to form a closed loop structure, and are formed like a bag.

11. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors connected through a lead wire to a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, the electric conductors being provided in such a manner that a path reaching the ground contact through the lead wire from an optional point of each of the electric conductors is uniquely determined and being formed like a mesh or a grid.

13. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 11, wherein the electric conductors are insulated from each other in at least a position in which the electric conductors cross each other.

14. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the electric conductors are covered with an insulating material.

15. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 11, wherein the electric conductors are formed by litz wires obtained by twisting the electric conductors covered with an insulating material.

An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors connected through a lead wire to a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, the electric conductors being connected to the ground contact through the lead wire by such an electrical connection as not to form a closed loop structure and being formed like a mesh or a grid.

21. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors, a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and a lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact, the electric conductors being connected to the ground contact through the lead wire and being provided in such a manner that a path reaching the ground contact through the lead wire from an optional point on each of the electric conductors is uniquely determined, and the electric conductors being formed like a bag, wherein a wire width of each of the electric conductors ranges from 0.05 mm to 5 mm and an average interval between the electric conductors which is obtained by dividing a length of a side on which the electric conductors and an outer periphery of a region provided with the electric conductors cross each other by a number of points-on which the electric conductors and the outer periphery of the region provided with the electric conductors cross each other ranges from 4 mm to 50 mm.

23. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 21, wherein the electric conductors, the ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and the lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact are constituted on a support member.

24. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 21, wherein the electric conductors are covered with an insulating material.

25. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 21, wherein the electric conductors are formed by litz wires obtained by twisting the electric conductors covered with an insulating material.

22. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors, a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, and a lead wire for connecting the electric conductors to the ground contact, the electric conductors being connected to the ground contact through the lead wire and being connected to the ground contact through the lead wire by such an electrical connection as not to form a closed loop structure, and the electric conductors being formed like a bag, wherein a wire width of each of the electric conductors ranges from 0.05 mm to 5 mm, and an average interval between the electric conductors which is obtained by dividing a length of a side on which the electric conductors and an outer periphery of a region provided with the electric conductors cross each other by a number of points on which the electric conductors and the outer periphery of the region provided with the electric conductors cross each other ranges from 4 mm to 50 mm.

26. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors connected through a lead wire to a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, the electric conductors being provided in such a manner that a path reaching the ground contact through the lead wire from an optional point on each of the electric conductors is uniquely determined, and the electric conductors being formed like a mesh or a grid, wherein a wire width of each of the electric conductors ranges from 0.05 mm to 5 mm, and an average interval between the electric conductors which is obtained by dividing a length of a side on which the electric conductors and an outer periphery of a region provided with the electric conductors cross each other by a number of points on which the electric conductors and the outer periphery of the region provided with the electric conductors cross each other ranges from 4 mm to 50 mm.

28. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 26, wherein the electric conductors are insulated from each other in at least a position in which the electric conductors cross each other.

29. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 26, wherein the electric conductors are covered with an insulating material.

30. The electromagnetic wave shield according to claim 26, wherein the electric conductors are formed by litz wires obtained by twisting the electric conductors covered with an insulating material.

27. An electromagnetic wave shield comprising a plurality of electric conductors connected through a lead wire to a ground contact for carrying out a connection to a ground, the electric conductors being connected to the ground contact through the lead wire by such an electrical connection as not to form a closed loop structure, and the electric conductors being formed like a mesh or a grid, wherein a wire width of each of the electric conductors ranges from 0.05 mm to 5 mm, and an average interval between the electric conductors which is obtained by dividing a length of a side on which the electric conductors and an outer periphery of a region provided with the electric conductors cross each other by a number of points on which the electric conductors and the outer periphery of the region provided with the electric conductors cross each other ranges from 4 mm to 50 mm.

33. An electromagnetic wave shield, wherein an electric conductor is loop-shaped, and the electric conductor has one of ends to be an open end and the other end to be a ground contact which is to be connected to a ground.

38. A loop antenna apparatus comprising an electromagnetic wave shield on at least one surface, wherein the electromagnetic wave shield includes an electric conductor and a ground contact for connecting the electric conductor to a ground, the electric conductor is constituted to be electrically connected to the ground through the ground contact, and is provided in such a manner that a path reaching the ground contact from an optional point of the electric conductor is uniquely determined, and the electric conductor is wound around.

41. The loop antenna apparatus according to claim 38, wherein the electric conductor is constituted on a support member.

42. The loop antenna apparatus according to claim 41, wherein the support member is almost box-shaped.

43. The loop antenna apparatus according to claim 38, wherein the electric conductor is covered with an insulating material.

44. The loop antenna apparatus according to claim 38, wherein the electric conductor is formed by a litz wire obtained by twisting an electric conductor covered with an insulating material.

39. A loop antenna apparatus comprising an electromagnetic wave shield on at least one surface, wherein the electromagnetic wave shield includes an electric conductor and a ground contact for connecting the electric conductor to a ground, the electric conductor is constituted to be electrically connected to the ground through the ground contact, and the electric conductor is connected to the ground contact through such an electrical connection as not to form a closed loop structure and the electric conductor is wound around.

40. A loop antenna apparatus comprising an electromagnetic wave shield on at least one surface, wherein the electromagnetic wave shield is a loop-shaped electric conductor, and the electric conductor has one of ends to be an open end and the other end to be a ground contact which is to be connected to a ground.
