Abstract

In one embodiment, the method includes receiving, at the interactive system, a check in request from a provider and operating the system to verify an eligibility of the recipient for services. The method also includes providing to the provider, from the interactive system, a summary of services to be provided to the recipient and receiving a check out request from the provider at the interactive system.
