1. An implant for maintaining an opening in a wall of a body organ, the implant comprising:

  • a plurality of members forming plurality of cells, each individual cell having a proximal and distal ends forming a proximal and distal end of the implant, the plurality of cells each arranged adjacently to another cell in a circumferential manner about an axis of the implant to form a support member, each cell being joined to another cell at a mid portion of the cell, where the distal and proximal ends are unconnected to any adjacent cell;

    at least one control member having a serpentine configuration within at least one cell, where upon expansion of the cell, the control member straightens to limit expansion of the cell; and

    a composition located on at least an outer surface of the support member comprising an antiproliferative agent.
