A pump with a function of measuring a fixed amount in a way that the amount to be discharged is adjustable, which is a push-down liquid pump that forms a part of a lid body of a liquid container and dispenses and discharges a fixed amount of liquid from inside of a container main body by a push-down operation of a pump head, wherein the pump comprises a pump head that lowers when the pump head is pushed down, a movable member that lowers together with the pump head, and a means for limiting the push-down amount of the pump head, which is provided for the pump head and the movable member in a movable manner so that the amount to be pushed down of the pump head is adjustable between zero and the maximum, whereby a fixed amount corresponding to the push-down amount of the pump head is measured, dispensed and discharged.
