Abstract

A conveyance (132) includes a zone for receiving goods and/or persons. At least one printer (10) is incorporated into a fitting in the zone.

Claims

1. A conveyance, including:

a zone for receiving at least one of goods and persons; and

at least one printer incorporated into a fitting in said zone.

2. The conveyance of claim 1, wherein the zone is a passenger compartment.

3. The conveyance of claim 2, taking the form of a motor vehicle, wherein the passenger compartment is a cockpit of the motor vehicle.

4. The conveyance of claim 1, wherein the is selected from the group comprising a dashboard, a console, a central arm rest, a door arm rest, a glove box, a glove box lid, a parcel shelf, a storage compartment and an overhead fitting.

5. The conveyance of claim 4, wherein the overhead fitting is an overhead console mounted above a rear view mirror mounted in said zone.

6. The conveyance of claim 1 in which the printer is a full color printer.

7. The conveyance of claim 6 in which said printer is a photo quality color printer.

8. The conveyance of claim 1 in which the printer is an inkjet printer.

9. The conveyance of claim 7 in which the printer comprises a pagewidth inkjet printhead.

10. The conveyance of claim 9 in which the printhead comprises an inkjet nozzle array, the array being fabricated by microelectromechanical techniques.
