1. A system for controlling a motion device, comprising:
- a motion control system comprising a motion control device, where a first user is associated with the motion control system;
an output system arranged to generate motion signals that may be perceived by the first user;
a motion server system comprising a plurality of motion scripts associated with messages to be transmitted to the first user, and a motion program web page;
a processing system comprising a browser program compatible with the motion program web page; and
a communications system for transferring data among the motion control system, the output system, the server system, and the processing system;
whereby a second user controls the server system through the browser program and the motion program web page to form a motion message corresponding to a desired motion signal based on the at least one motion script stored by the server system, and cause the server system to transmit the motion message to the output device; and
the motion control system causes the output system to generate the desired motion signal based on the motion message.

A motion server system comprises a plurality of motion scripts associated with messages to be transmitted to the first user and a motion program web page. A processing system comprises a browser program compatible with the motion program web page. A communications system transfers data between the various systems. A second user controls the server system to form a motion message corresponding to a desired motion signal based on the at least one motion script stored by the server system. The motion control system causes the output system to generate the desired motion signal based on the motion message.

10. A machine independent system for controlling a motion device, comprising:

a plurality of motion control systems each comprising a motion control device, where each motion control system comprises an output system that generates message signals based on motion messages in a machine dependent format;
a motion server system comprising a plurality of motion scripts, where the motion scripts are in a machine independent format and are associated with desired motion signals, a motion program generating system that generates motion messages in machine dependent formats based on motion scripts in machine independent formats, and a motion program web page;
a processing system comprising a browser program compatible with the motion program web page; and
a communications system for transferring data among the motion control system, the server system, and the processing system;
wherebythe server system is remotely controlled through the browser program and the motion program web page to form a custom motion message in one or more of the machine dependent formats based on at least one motion script stored by the server system, where the custom motion message is associated with a desired motion message, and cause the server system to transmit the custom motion message to the motion control system; and
