Abstract

A production line for producing sheets based on hydraulic binder, the production line including in an upstream zone of the production line, marking device for marking a facing material of the preform with a mark; in a downstream zone of the production line, detecting device for detecting the mark made by the marking device; a cutting device; and an actuating device for actuating said cutting device after receiving a detection signal from the detection device.

Claims

1. A production line for producing sheets based on hydraulic binder, comprising:

a) in an upstream zone of the production line, marking device for marking a facing material of the preform with a mark;

b) in a downstream zone of the production line, detecting device for detecting the mark made by the marking device;

c) a cutting device; and

d) actuating device for actuating said cutting device after receiving a detection signal from the detection device.

2. The production line according to claim 1, wherein the marking device comprise a piece forming an inking stamp.

3. The production line according to claim 1, wherein the detection device comprise a photoelectric sensor.

4. The production line according to claim 1, further comprising:

an additional device for detecting the mark;

a device for making an impression in the preform;

additional actuating device for actuating said device for making an impression in the preform after receiving a detection signal from the additional detection device.

5. The production line according to claim 1, further comprising:

additional device for detecting the mark;

means of introducing laths under the preform;

additional actuating device for actuating said means of introducing laths under the preform after receiving a detection signal from the additional detection means.

6. The production line according to claim 1, further comprising:

additional device for detecting the mark;

device for making an impression in the preform;

means of introducing laths under the preform;

additional actuating means for actuating, after receiving a detection signal from the additional detection device, said device for making an impression in the preform and said means of introducing laths under the preform.

7. The production line according to claim 6, wherein the additional actuating means anticipate that each lath be introduced substantially where the impression has been made or opposite the place where the impression has been made.

8. The production line according to claim 4, wherein the device for making an impression consists of an apparatus comprising at least:

a frame;

two first pulleys supported at a first end of the frame and two second pulleys at a second end of the frame;

the first pulleys and second pulleys being in parallel planes;

the pulleys of the first pulleys and second pulleys facing each other being identical;

two transmission belts wrapped respectively around the first pulleys and the second pulleys;

at least one wire fixed removably to the belts and extending between these belts so that its longitudinal axis is parallel to the axis of rotation of the pulleys.

9. The production line according to claim 8, further comprising a device for covering the hydraulic binder composition with a second facing material.

10. The production line according to claim 8, wherein the apparatus for making an impression comprises a plurality of wires arranged parallel to each other, along the transmission belts and fixed removably.

11. The production line according to claim 8, wherein in the apparatus for making an impression, the pulleys are sprockets and the transmission belts are chains.

12. The production line according to claim 8, wherein in the apparatus for making an impression, the wires are held on the chains by means of support pieces and wire gripper pins.

13. The production line according to claim 8, wherein the apparatus for making an impression further comprises means for driving the rotation of at least one of the pulleys.

14. The production line according to claim 8, wherein the apparatus for making an impression further comprises an upper forming plate and a lower forming plate between which plates the wire(s) can pass.

15. The production line according to claim 14, wherein the apparatus for making an impression is situated above the preform and replaces a forming plate or a forming roller, the wires then passing between said upper plate and lower plate.

16. The production line according to claim 1, wherein the hydraulic binder contains plaster.

17. A production line for producing sheets based on hydraulic binder, comprising:

a) in an upstream zone of the production line, marking device for marking a facing material of the preform with a mark;

b) in a downstream zone of the production line, detecting device for detecting the mark made by the marking device;

c) a cutting device; and

d) actuating device for actuating said cutting device after receiving a detection signal from the detection device, and further comprising

an additional device for detecting the mark;

a device for making an impression in the preform;

additional actuating device for actuating said device for making an impression in the preform after receiving a detection signal from the additional detection device.

18. The production line according to claim 17, wherein the marking device comprise a piece forming an inking stamp.

19. The production line according to claim 17, wherein the detection device comprise a photoelectric sensor.

20. The production line according to claim 17, wherein the device for making an impression consists of an apparatus comprising at least:

a frame;

two first pulleys supported at a first end of the frame and two second pulleys at a second end of the frame;

the first pulleys and second pulleys being in parallel planes;

the pulleys of the first pulleys and second pulleys facing each other being identical;

two transmission belts wrapped respectively around the first pulleys and the second pulleys;

at least one wire fixed removably to the belts and extending between these belts so that its longitudinal axis is parallel to the axis of rotation of the pulleys.

21. The production line according to claim 17, further comprising a device for covering the hydraulic binder composition with a second facing material.

22. The production line according to claim 17, wherein the apparatus for making an impression comprises a plurality of wires arranged parallel to each other, along the transmission belts and fixed removably.

23. The production line according to claim 17, wherein the apparatus for making an impression further comprises an upper forming plate and a lower forming plate between which plates the wire(s) can pass.

24. The production line according to claim 17, wherein the hydraulic binder contains plaster.

25. A method for manufacturing sheets based on hydraulic binder from a preform intended to be cut, comprising the steps of:

1) making at least one mark on a facing material of the preform;

2) detecting the mark; and

3) sending an actuating signal to a device for cutting the preform.

26. The method according to claim 25, wherein in step 1) the mark is made by means of a part forming an inking stamp.

27. The method according to claim 25, wherein in step 2), the mark is detected by means of a photoelectric sensor.

28. The method according to claim 25, wherein the mark is made before the preform is formed.

29. The method according to claim 25, further comprising, before step 2), an additional step of detecting the mark, then a step of making an impression in the preform.

30. The method according to claim 25, further comprising, before step 2), an additional step of detecting the mark, followed by a step of introducing a lath under the preform, by a step in which the hydraulic binder composition is left to set and by a step of removing the lath.

31. The method according to claim 29, further comprising, after the additional step of detecting the mark, a step of introducing a lath under the preform, followed by a step in which the hydraulic binder composition is left to set and by a step of removing the lath.

32. The method according to claim 31, wherein the steps of introducing a lath under the preform, then of leaving the hydraulic binder composition to set and of removing the lath take place after the step of making the impression.

33. The method according to claim 32, wherein each lath is introduced where the impression has been made or opposite the place where the impression has been made.

34. The method according to claim 25, further comprising the step of providing an apparatus for making an impression in a preform based on hydraulic binder, this apparatus comprising at least:

a frame;

two first pulleys supported at a first end of the frame and two second pulleys at a second end of the frame;

the first pulleys and second pulleys being in parallel planes;

the pulleys of the first pulleys and second pulleys facing each other being identical;

two transmission belts wrapped respectively around the first pulleys and the second pulleys;

at least one wire fixed removably to the belts and extending between these belts so that its longitudinal axis is parallel to the axis of rotation of the pulleys, actuating said apparatus on a preform so that the at least one wire makes an impression on the preform.

35. The method according to claim 34, wherein the step of cutting the preform is at the impression or opposite the place where the impression has been made.

36. The method according to claim 29, wherein the step of cutting the preform is at the impression or opposite the place where the impression has been made.

37. The method according to claim 25, wherein the hydraulic binder contains plaster.

38. A method for manufacturing sheets based on hydraulic binder from a preform intended to be cut, comprising the steps of:

1) making at least one mark on a facing material of the preform;

2) detecting the mark; and

3) sending an actuating signal to a device for cutting the perform, and further comprising, before step

     2), an additional step of detecting the mark, then a step of making an impression in the preform.

39. The method according to claim 38, wherein the step of cutting the preform is at the impression or opposite the place where the impression has been made.

40. The method according to claim 38, wherein in step 1) the mark is made by means of a part forming an inking stamp.

41. The method according to claim 38, wherein in step 2), the mark is detected by means of a photoelectric sensor.

42. The method according to claim 38, wherein the mark is made before the preform is formed.

43. The method according to claim 38, further comprising the step of providing an apparatus for making an impression in a preform based on hydraulic binder, this apparatus comprising at least:

a frame;

two first pulleys supported at a first end of the frame and two second pulleys at a second end of the frame;

the first pulleys and second pulleys being in parallel planes;

the pulleys of the first pulleys and second pulleys facing each other being identical;

two transmission belts wrapped respectively around the first pulleys and the second pulleys;

at least one wire fixed removably to the belts and extending between these belts so that its longitudinal axis is parallel to the axis of rotation of the pulleys, actuating said apparatus on a preform so that the at least one wire makes an impression on the preform.

44. The method according to claim 38, wherein the hydraulic binder contains plaster.
