-
a) placing an elongate shaft having a proximal portion outside a subject vasculature and a distal portion within the subject vasculature;
b) expanding a balloon that is disposed on the distal portion within the subject vasculature;
c) moving a tubular member that is disposed about the elongate shaft from the proximal portion of the elongate shaft to the distal portion of the elongate shaft to surround a portion of the balloon. d) removing the tubular member, balloon and elongate shaft from the subject vasculature. - View Dependent Claims (16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24)
