1. An EL light emitting device comprising:
- an EL light emitting layer comprising an EL light emitting material element; and
an electrode section comprising a first electrode and a second electrode which are arranged in one surface side of the EL light emitting layer to be close to each other, and to be electrically separated from each other with a spacing region, to have a predetermined pattern, wherein an alternating current electric field forming element to form an alternating current electric field in the EL light emitting layer by an alternating current power supply voltage applied between the first electrode and the second electrode enables to adhere to the other surface side of the EL light emitting layer, and a waterproof layer of a synthetic-resin is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the EL light emitting layer.

a reflecting layer arranged in one surface side of the EL light emitting layer, wherein an alternating current electric field forming element to form an alternating current electric field in the EL light emitting layer by an alternating current power supply voltage applied between the first electrode and the second electrode enables to adhere to the other surface side of the EL light emitting layer, and the reflecting layer has a penetration prevention function and is arranged between at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode, and the EL light emitting layer.

a substrate sheet arranged in one surface side of the EL light emitting layer, wherein an alternating current electric field forming element to form an alternating current electric field in the EL light emitting layer by an alternating current power supply voltage applied between the first electrode and the second electrode enables to adhere to the other surface side of the EL light emitting layer, and the substrate sheet has a penetration prevention function and is arranged between at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode, and the EL light emitting layer.
