1. A clear liquid cleansing preparation comprising the following ingredients (A) to (D):
- (A) at least one nonionic surfactant selected from;
(a) a monoglycerol fatty acid ester having a C12-18 fatty acid residue, (b) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having a C12-18 fatty acid residue, (c) isostearyl pentaerythryl glyceryl ether, or (d) a liquid nonionic surfactant having polyalkylene glycol chains and exhibiting IOB value of from 0.75 to 1.05, (B) a nonionic surfactant other than the first-mentioned nonionic surfactant (A), and exhibiting IOB value of at least 1.1, (c) a liquid oil ingredient, and (d) at most 12 wt. % of water, wherein said preparation is free of white turbidity when 50 parts by weight of water is added to 100 parts by weight of said preparation.

Abstract
Provided is a cleansing preparation, which takes a clear liquid form, develops neither a reduction in cleansing power nor deteriorations in appearance and sensation upon application even when water is mixed in, and has resistance to water. The clear liquid cleansing preparation contains the following ingredients (A) to (D): (A) at least one nonionic surfactant selected from:
- (a) a monoglycerol fatty acid ester having a C12-18 fatty acid residue,
- (b) a polyglycerol fatty acid ester having a C12-18 fatty acid residue, (c) isostearyl pentaerythryl glyceryl ether, or (d) a liquid nonionic surfactant having polyalkylene glycol chains and exhibiting IOB value of from 0.75 to 1.05, (B) a nonionic surfactant other than the first-mentioned nonionic surfactant (A), and exhibiting IOB value of at least 1.1 (C) a liquid oil ingredient, and (D) at most 12 wt. % of water, wherein the preparation is free of white turbidity when 50 parts by weight of water is added to 100 parts by weight of the preparation.
