Abstract

The invention refers to a conveying line, in particular a friction roller conveying line, with at least one driving roller driving the good, the driving roller being driven by a drive shaft and the drive shaft having a chain drive. The invention is characterised by the fact that the drive shaft driving the driving roller carries at least two toothed wheels which interact with at least one driving chain driven by the drive.

Claims

1. Conveying line, in particular friction roller line with at least one driving roller driving the good, the driving roller being driven by a drive shaft and the drive shaft having a chain drive, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) driving the driving roller carries two toothed wheels (6, 7) which interact with at least one driving chain (12) driven by a drive.

2. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the driving chain (12) is designed as double-link chain.

3. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that an individual driving chain (12) is assigned each toothed wheel (6, 7).

4. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2).

5. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the toothed wheels (6, 7) are arranged on the drive shaft (2) rotatable.

6. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that both toothed wheels (6, 7) are arranged independently from each other rotatable on the drive shaft (2).

7. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that an intermediate ring (10) is provided which is arranged between the two toothed wheels (6, 7).

8. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that an intermediate ring (10) is provided which is arranged between the two toothed wheels (6, 7), and that the intermediate ring (10) can be twisted versus the toothed wheel (6, 7).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a pressure sleeve (9) is provided which transfers the power of the spring (8) to the toothed wheels (6, 7) and the coupling (11).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and the coupling (11) is designed as clutch disc, and transfers the turning moment engraved via the toothed wheels (6, 7) to the drive shaft (2).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and the coupling (11) is provided on its side facing the toothed wheel (6) with a coating increasing the friction.

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and at least one of the toothed wheels (6, 7) is provided with a coating increasing the friction on its side facing the coupling (11) and/or the respective other toothed wheel.

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and an intermediate ring (10) is provided which is arranged between the two toothed wheels (6, 7), and a pressure sleeve (9) is provided which transfers the power of the spring (8) to the toothed wheels (6, 7) and the coupling (11), and at least one part of the faces of the toothed wheels (6, 7) facing each other, of the pressure sleeve (9), the intermediate ring (10), and the coupling (11) are provided with a coating increasing the friction.

14. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and an intermediate ring (10) as well as another intermediate ring (10′

) are provided which are arranged between the toothed wheels (6, 7), respectively between one of the toothed wheels and a pressure sleeve (9), and an adjustment device (100) is provided by means of which the friction power which presses the coupling (11) to the toothed wheels (6, 7), respectively intermediate rings (10, 10′

), can be altered, respectively adjusted.

15. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that a pressure sleeve (9) is provided, and the arrangement of the elements is provided in the order pressure sleeve (9), toothed wheel (6, 7), drive shaft (2).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that a spring (8) is provided which has a spring hanger (13) and a fastening element (16), and the arrangement of the power transferring elements is, seen from the end turned away from the drive shaft (2), in the order fastening element (16), spring hanger (13), spring (8), pressure sleeve (9), toothed wheel (6, 7), intermediate ring (10), toothed wheel (6, 7), and coupling (11).

17. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that a pressure sleeve is provided, and the arrangement of the elements is carried out in the order toothed wheel (6, 7), pressure sleeve (9) and drive shaft (2).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a sleeve (22) as adjustment device (100), intermediate rings (10, 10′

) as well as a pressure sleeve (9) are provided, and the arrangement of the power transferring is, seen from the end turned away from the drive shaft, in the order coupling (11), toothed wheel (6, 7), intermediate ring (10), toothed wheel (6, 7), intermediate ring (10′

), pressure sleeve (9), spring (8) and sleeve (22) in order to achieve a compact construction.

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided as adjustment device (100) which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and the position of the spring hanger (13) on the drive shaft (2) may vary.

21. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against the coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and the position of the spring hanger (13) as adjustment device (100) on the drive shaft (2) may vary, and the adjustment device (100) is designed as sleeve (22) which can be screwed on a thread (23) provided at the coupling (11) for varying the friction.

Conveying device according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and the position of the spring hanger (13) as adjustment device (100) on the drive shaft (2) may vary, and the adjustment device (100) is designed as sleeve (22) which can be screwed on a thread (23) provided at the coupling (11) for varying the friction, and the sleeve (22) has an external hexagon which serves for adjusting, respectively turning, the sleeve (22) for varying the prestress.

23. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and the position of the spring hanger (13) as adjustment device (100) on the drive shaft (2) may vary, and the adjustment device (100) is designed as sleeve (22) which can be screwed on a thread (23) provided at the coupling (11) for varying the friction, and between the sleeve (22) and the coupling (11) a safety device (28) is provided by means of which the once-selected prestress can be defined.

24. Conveying device according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and the position of the spring hanger (13) as adjustment device (100) on the drive shaft may vary, and the adjustment device is designed as sleeve (22) which can be screwed on a thread (23) provided on the coupling (11) for varying the friction, and between the sleeve (22) and the coupling (11) a safety device (28) is provided by means of which the once-selected prestress can be defined, and the safety device (28) is designed as groove and tongue connection with a safety tongue, respectively a safety bolt (26), engaging in the groove (25).

25. Conveying device according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and the position of the spring hanger (13) as adjustment device (100) on the drive shaft (2) may vary, and the adjustment device (100) is designed as sleeve (22) which can be screwed on a thread (23) provided on the coupling (11) for varying the friction, and between the sleeve (22) and the coupling (11) a safety device (28) is provided by means of which the once-selected prestress can be defined, and the safety device (28) is designed as groove and tongue connection with a safety tongue, respectively a safety bolt (26), engaging in the groove (25), and the safety tongue, respectively the safety bolt (26), itself is spring-supported in such a way that it engages automatically in the groove (25) if the position of the groove (25) and the safety bolt (26) corresponds.

26. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and as spring (8) a spring is provided which can be subjected to pressure stress.

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and as spring (8) a spring is provided which can be subjected to tensile stress.

28. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) is supported either in ball bearings (14, 15) on both sides, or in only one ball bearing (14) on one side, and the ball bearings (14, 15) are arranged in a housing (17).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) is supported either in ball bearings (14, 15) on both sides, or in only one ball bearing (14) on one side, and the ball bearings (14, 15) are arranged in a housing (17), and the housing (17) has a detachable housing lid (17′

).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) is supported either in ball bearings (14, 15) on both sides, or in only one ball bearing (14) on one side, and the ball bearings (14, 15) are arranged in a housing (17), and the housing (17) has a detachable lid (17′

) is made from extruded profiles, in particular aluminum profiles.

31. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that a drive shaft (2) is provided for the drive of a section, respectively portion, of the conveying line.

32. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the driving chain (12) drives simultaneously several drive shafts (2).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and a fastening element (16) is provided for the spring hanger (13) on the drive shaft (2).

34. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) has at least one spring (8) the spring power of which presses the toothed wheels (6, 7) against a coupling (11) formed at the drive shaft (2), and a spring hanger (13) is provided which is arranged preferably on the side of the drive shaft (2) turned away from the coupling (11), and a fastening element (16) is provided for the spring hanger (13) on the drive shaft (2), and the fastening element (16) is designed as tensioning ring which is arranged preferably adjustable on the drive shaft (2).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) is supported either in ball bearings (14, 15) on both sides, or in only one ball bearing (14) on one side, and the ball bearings (14, 15) are arranged in a housing (17), and in the housing (17) a support rail (19) is provided for the driving chain (12).

Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) is supported either in ball bearings (14, 15) on both sides, or in only one ball bearing (14) on one side, and the ball bearings (14, 15) are arranged in a housing (17), and in the housing (17) a holding-down appliance (18) is provided for the driving chain (12).

37. Conveying line according to claim 1, characterised in that the drive shaft (2) is supported either in ball bearings (14, 15) on both sides, or in only one ball bearing (14) on one side, and the ball bearings (14, 15) are arranged in a housing (17), and the housing (17) has a clip link (20, 21) for fastening the support rail (19), respectively the holding-down appliance (18).
