Abstract

A method of recovery from occurrence of an abnormal state during a handsfree phone speech is provided which is capable of improving safety such as driving safty. When an abnormality in communications occurs in a short-distance wireless communication line between a handsfree unit and a mobile phone unit, the communication abnormality is detected by a mobile phone unit controller in the mobile phone unit. The mobile phone unit controller performs restoration and/or emergency measures including re-connection of a short-distance wireless communication line with the handsfree unit and of a communication line with a telephone set of a party on the other end of a phone over a telephone network.

Claims

1. A method of recovery from occurrence of an abnormal state during a handsfree phone speech, the method comprising:

detecting an abnormality in communications between a handsfree unit and a mobile phone unit occurring when the handsfree phone speech is made between said handsfree unit and a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone by connecting said handsfree unit to said mobile phone unit by radio and by connecting said mobile phone unit to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over a communication network; and

performing specified recovery processing when the abnormality in the communications is detected by connecting said handsfree unit to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone according to recovery processing procedures preset in a manner to correspond to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone.

The method of recovery from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 1, wherein said recovery processing procedures are stored in advance and said stored recovery processing procedures are read out when the abnormality is detected and said recovery processing is performed under control of programs according to said recovery processing procedures to be read out.

The method of recovery from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 1, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, and third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.

4. A method of recovery from occurrence of an abnormal state during a handsfree phone speech, the method comprising:

detecting an abnormality in communications between a handsfree unit and a mobile phone unit occurring when the handsfree phone speech is made between said handsfree unit and a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone by connecting said mobile phone unit to said handsfree unit by radio and by connecting said mobile phone unit to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over a communication network; and

performing specified recovery processing when the abnormality in communications is detected by connecting said mobile phone unit to a communication terminal unit of the party on the other end of the phone according to recovery processing procedures preset in a manner to correspond to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone.

The method of recovery from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 4, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, and third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.

The method of recovery from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 5, wherein said recovery processing procedures are stored in advance and said stored recovery processing procedures are read out when the abnormality is detected and said recovery processing is performed under control of programs according to said recovery processing procedures to be read out.

A recovery system from occurrence of an abnormal state during a handsfree phone speech for performing recovery processing from an abnormality in communications occurring when the handsfree phone speech is made between a handsfree unit and a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone by forming a first communication line between said handsfree unit and a mobile phone unit and by forming a second communication line between said mobile phone unit and the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over a communication network,

wherein said mobile phone unit comprises:

a detecting unit to detect the abnormality in communications over said first communication line occurring during the handsfree phone speech;

a storing unit to store recovery processing procedures from the abnormality in communications corresponding to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone; and

a recovery processing unit to perform specified recovery processing by forming the first and second communication lines according to said recovery processing procedures stored in said storing unit when the abnormality in communications is detected by said detecting unit.

The recovery system from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 7, wherein said storing unit is a storage unit and said recovery processing unit is made up of programs and wherein said recovery processing procedures to be read out from said storage unit when the abnormality in communications is detected are performed under control of said programs.

The recovery system from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 7, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, or third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.

The recovery system from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 7, wherein said specified recovery processing to be performed by said recovery processing unit is carried out on the telephone set or said communication terminal unit related to the telephone set whose recovery processing procedures are not stored in said storing unit.

A recovery system from occurrence of an abnormal state during a handsfree phone speech for performing recovery processing from an abnormality in communications occurring when a speech is made between a handsfree unit and a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone by forming a first communication line between said handsfree unit and a mobile phone unit and by forming a second communication line between said mobile phone unit and the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over a communication network,

wherein said mobile phone unit comprises:

a detecting unit to detect the abnormality in communications over said first communication line occurring during the handsfree phone speech; and

a storing unit to store recovery processing procedures from the abnormality in communications in a manner to correspond to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone; and

a recovery processing unit to perform specified recovery processing by forming a communication line between said mobile phone unit and a communication terminal unit related to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone according to said recovery processing procedures stored in said storing unit when said abnormality in communications is detected by said detecting unit.

The recovery system from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 11, wherein said storing unit is a storage unit and said recovery processing unit is made up of programs and wherein said recovery processing procedures to be read out from said storage unit when the abnormality in communications is detected are performed under control of said programs.

The recovery system from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 11, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, or third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.

The recovery system from occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 11, wherein said specified recovery processing to be performed by said recovery processing unit is carried out on the telephone set or said communication terminal unit related to the telephone set whose recovery processing procedures are not stored in said storing unit.

15. A handsfree telephone device comprising:

a handsfree unit; and

a mobile phone unit connected to said handsfree unit over a first communication line and connected to a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone over a second communication line, which comprises;

a detecting unit to detect an abnormality in said first communication line occurring when a speech is made between said handsfree unit and the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone;

a storing unit to store recovery processing procedures from the abnormality in said first communication line in a manner to correspond to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone; and

a recovery processing unit to perform specified recovery processing, when the abnormality in said second communication line is detected, by said detecting unit by connecting said first communication line and said second communication line according to said recovery processing procedures of said storing unit,

wherein the speech is made between said handsfree unit and the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over said first communication line and second communication line.

The handsfree phone device at time of occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 15, wherein said storing unit is a storage unit and said recovery processing unit is made up of programs and wherein said recovery processing procedures to be read from said storage unit when the abnormality in communications is detected are performed under control of said programs.

The handsfree phone device according to claim 15, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, or third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.

18. A handsfree telephone device comprising:

a handsfree unit; and

a mobile phone unit connected to said handsfree unit over a first communication line and to a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone over a second communication line, which comprises;

a detecting unit to detect an abnormality in said first communication line occurring when a speech is made between said handsfree unit and the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone;

a storing unit to store recovery processing procedures from the abnormality in said first communication line in a manner to correspond to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone; and

a recovery processing unit to perform specified recovery processing, when the abnormality in said first communication line is detected, by said detecting unit by connecting a communication line between said mobile phone unit and a communication terminal unit related to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone according to said recovery processing procedures of said storing unit,

wherein the speech is made between said handsfree unit and the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over said first and second communication lines.

The handsfree phone device at time of occurrence of the abnormal state during the handsfree phone speech according to claim 18, wherein said storing unit is a storage unit and said recovery processing unit is made up of programs and wherein said recovery processing procedures to be read from said storage unit when the abnormality in communications is detected are performed under control of said programs.

The handsfree phone device according to claim 18, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, or third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.

21. A control program to make a computer execute a recovery method at time of occurrence of an abnormal state during a handsfree phone speech, the method comprising:

detecting an abnormality in communications between a handsfree unit and a mobile phone unit occurring when the handsfree phone speech is made between said handsfree unit and a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone by connecting said handsfree unit to said mobile phone unit by radio and by connecting said mobile phone unit to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over a communication network; and

performing specified recovery processing when the abnormality in the communications is detected by connecting said handsfree unit to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone according to recovery processing procedures preset in a manner to correspond to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone.

The control program according to claim 21, wherein said recovery processing procedures are stored in advance and said stored recovery processing procedures are read out when the abnormality is detected and said recovery processing is performed under control of programs according to said recovery processing procedures to be read out.

23. The control program according to claim 21, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, and third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.

24. A control program to make a computer execute a recovery method at time of occurrence of an abnormal state during a handsfree phone speech, the method comprising:

detecting an abnormality in communications between a handsfree unit and a mobile phone unit occurring when the handsfree phone speech is made between said handsfree unit and a telephone set of a party on an other end of a phone by connecting said mobile phone unit to said handsfree unit by radio and by connecting said mobile phone unit to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone over a communication network; and

performing specified recovery processing when the abnormality in communications is detected by connecting said mobile phone unit to a communication terminal unit of the party on the other end of the phone according to recovery processing procedures preset in a manner to correspond to the telephone set of the party on the other end of the phone.

The control program according to claim 24, wherein said recovery processing procedures are stored in advance and said stored recovery processing procedures are read out when the abnormality is detected and said recovery processing is performed under control of programs according to said recovery processing procedures to be read out.

26. The control program according to claim 24, wherein the specified recovery processing includes at least one of first processing of automatic redialing, second processing of automatic transmitting of mail, and third processing provided by an instruction using a function of voice recognition.
