A wheel, comprising a steel ring and a tire, wherein said tire is filled with stuffing materials selected from a group consisting of fluid, solid, compound of fluid and solid, semifluid, cream, plasm, colloid, powder substance, granular substance, soft substance, foamed material, wherein said stuffing material occupy no less than one third of a volumetric space of an inner cavity of said wheel.

A method for supplying dynamic force energy to an energy consuming body, wherein said energy consuming body is selected from a group consisting of vehicle, vessel, said dynamic force energy refers electric power, fuel gas, fuel oil, wherein said electric power includes storage battery, dry battery, fuel cell battery, said fuel gas is combustive gas, said fuel oil is combustive oil, wherein said energy consuming body comprises universally sized energy container, a plurality of energy exchanging station along a route on which said energy consuming body travels, said energy exchanging stations are provided sufficient said energy container, so that said energy consuming body is capable unloading depleted said energy container and reloading with full charged said energy container at said energy exchanging station.
