a flywheel that is rotatable about an axis;
a driver having a driver blade and a driver body, the driver body defining an engagement surface and a cavity, the cavity including a plurality of locking elements, the driver blade includes a plurality of mating locking elements that engage the locking elements; and
a roller that is moveable between an unactuated position and an actuated position, wherein positioning of the roller in the actuated position forces the engagement surface of the driver into contact with a rotating edge of the flywheel to thereby transfer energy to the driver to cause the driver to translate along an axis; and
an electrically powered actuator for at least initiating movement of the roller from the unactuated position to the actuated position;
wherein the engagement surface including a plurality of teeth that matingly engage respective teeth that are formed on the edge of the flywheel when the roller is disposed in the actuated position.
