transmitting inertial sensor signals and global network satellite system (GNSS) signals from at least one integrated inertial-GNSS sensing unit to a processing unit, the at least one integrated-inertial GNSS sensing unit comprising an antenna element having a phase center and an inertial measurement unit positioned substantially adjacent said phase center; and
