A motivational signature management system comprising means for collecting information regarding motivational drivers for individuals or groups of individuals, means for developing a motivational signature from said information regarding motivational drivers, means for collecting information regarding responses of said individuals or groups of individuals to rewards presented upon completion of desired behavior, and a feedback path for refining said motivational signature with said information regarding said responses to said rewards.

Abstract
Motivational signatures are developed based on information regarding motivational preferences and other information supplied by individuals or groups of individuals as a survey or diagnostic procedure and preferably including responses to a definition of motivational drivers and reward options and parameters serving as a default motivational signature reflecting a motivational policy. A motivational signature is developed based on the definition and the information supplied. Upon completion of a desired behavior a reward is provided in accordance with the motivational signature and the motivational signature is refined through feedback of information regarding response to the reward.

exposing individuals or groups of individuals to a definition of motivational drivers, reward options and preferences, surveying said individuals or groups of individuals in regard to at least one of motivational preferences, current interests, a motivational profile and an innovation profile, developing a motivational signature for said individual or group of individuals, delivering a reward to said individual or group of individuals upon completion of desired behavior, collecting information regarding a response to said reward, and refining said motivational signature based on results of said collecting step.
