Abstract

Gaming devices and methods of playing games wherein an indication of the cards which have already been discarded or dealt is displayed for a player to view prior to making a decision. One embodiment is directed to a gaming device comprising a video display which is designed for the play of Blackjack. Other embodiments are directed to table versions of the present invention wherein physical playing cards are actually dealt to one or more players. At the conclusion of each hand, an indication of the cards dealt is displayed for viewing by all of the players.

51. A method of playing a game of keno comprising the steps of:

providing a player with an opportunity to make a wager;

providing a player with information corresponding to winning numbers from at least one previous game; and

randomly selecting a plurality of winning numbers.

52. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein a player is provided with said information prior to making a wager.

53. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein a player is provided with said information after making a wager.

54. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein the availability of at least some information is dependent on some predetermined criteria.

55. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises a predetermined successful outcome in at least one game.

56. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises a predetermined unsuccessful outcome in at least one game.

57. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises the amount wagered by a player.

58. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises an additional payment by at least one player.

59. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein said information corresponds to numbers randomly selected during at least one previous game.

60. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein said information corresponds to numbers selected by at least one player during at least one previous game.

61. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 51 wherein the numbers randomly selected during one game are selected from the same set of numbers from which numbers related in previous games had been selected.

62. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 61 wherein numbers are not returned to the set of numbers used for subsequent games.

63. A method of playing a game of keno comprising the steps of:

providing a player with an opportunity to make a wager;

providing a player with information corresponding to non-winning numbers from at least one previous game; and

randomly selecting a plurality of winning numbers.

64. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein a player is provided with said information prior to making a wager.

65. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein a player is provided with said information after making a wager.

66. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein the availability of at least some information is dependent on some predetermined criteria.

67. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises a predetermined successful outcome in at least one game.

68. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises a predetermined unsuccessful outcome in at least one game.

69. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises the amount wagered by a player.

70. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein said predetermined criteria comprises an additional payment by at least one player.

71. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein said information corresponds to numbers randomly selected during at least one previous game.

72. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein said information corresponds to numbers selected by at least one player during at least one previous game.

73. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 63 wherein the numbers randomly selected during one game are selected from the same set of numbers from which numbers related in previous games had been selected.

74. A method of playing a game of keno according to claim 73 wherein numbers are not returned to the set of numbers used for subsequent games.
