Abstract

Method for blocking respectively unblocking a money account bound to a SIM card (10). The money account is designed for paying services of several providers (2). The money account is blocked respectively unblocked depending on the dynamically determined location of the mobile user.

21. Method for blocking respectively unblocking transactions with at least one money account bound to an identification module,

said identification module being designed to identify a mobile radio device in a mobile radio network,

said money account being designed for paying services of at least one provider,

wherein the location of the mobile device is determined dynamically,

wherein transactions with said money account can be blocked respectively unblocked if the mobile device is in a predetermined blocked respectively unblocked area and wherein said user is asked to enter a password, when a money account that he wishes to use is blocked because of the area of the user, whereas the unblocked area does not require a password.

22. The method of claim 21, wherein said dynamically determined location is stored in a memory area.

23. The method of claim 21, wherein said location is determined by the mobile device.

24. The method of claim 21, wherein a plurality of money accounts are bound to said identification module and wherein a different geographic blocking respectively unblocking is bound to said money accounts.

25. The method of claim 21, wherein a quantity of blocked geographical areas is stored in an electronic memory.

26. The method of claim 21, wherein a quantity of unblocked geographical areas is stored in an electronic memory.

27. The method of claim 21, wherein different spending limits can, be set in different geographical areas.

28. The method of claim 21, wherein said money account is blocked respectively unblocked depending on the location combined with the time.

29. The method of claim 21, wherein the area in which said money account is blocked respectively unblocked is set by said mobile users

30. The method of claim 21, wherein the area in which said money account is blocked respectively unblocked is set by the payment service provider.

31. The method of claim 21, wherein the area in which said money account is blocked respectively unblocked is set by the providers.

32. The method of claim 21, wherein the area in which said money account is blocked respectively unblocked is set by the operator of the payment platform.

33. The method of claim 21, wherein the area in which said money account is blocked respectively unblocked is edited over a website.

34. The method of claim 21, wherein location-dependent payment transaction fees are charged.

35. The method of claim 21, wherein said money account is blocked respectively unblocked depending on the mobile device used with said identification module.

36. Blocking module for blocking respectively unblocking payment transactions, working with a location determining module to determine the location of mobile devices, wherein said blocking module blocks respectively unblocks said payment transaction depending on the dynamically determined location of the mobile device if the mobile device is in a predefined blocked respectively unblocked area and wherein said user is asked to enter a password, when a money account that he wishes to use is blocked because of the area of the user, whereas the unblocked area does not require a password.

37. Method for blocking respectively unblocking transactions with at least one money account bound to an identification module,

said identification module being designed to identify a mobile radio device in a mobile radio network,

said money account being designed for paving services of at least one provider,

wherein the location of the mobile device is determined dynamically

wherein transactions with said money account can be blocked respectively unblocked if the mobile device is in a predetermined blocked respectively unblocked area wherein a plurality of money accounts are bound to said identification module and wherein a different geographic blocking respectively unblocking is bound to said money accounts.

38. Method for blocking respectively unblocking transactions with at least one money account bound to an identification module,

said identification module being designed to identify a mobile radio device in a mobile radio network,

said money account being designed for paving services of at least one provider,

wherein the location of the mobile device is determined dynamically,

wherein transactions with said money account can be blocked respectively unblocked if the mobile device is in a predetermined blocked respectively unblocked area, wherein the area in which said money account is blocked respectively unblocked is set by said mobile user.

39. The method of claim 38, wherein the area in which said money account is blocked respectively unblocked is edited over a website.

40. Method for blocking respectively unblocking transactions with at least one money account bound to an identification module,

said identification module being designed to identify a mobile radio device in a mobile radio network,

said money account being designed for paying services of at least one provider,

wherein the location of the mobile device is determined dynamically,

wherein transactions with said money account can be blocked respectively unblocked if the mobile device is in a predetermined blocked respectively unblocked area, wherein different spending limits can be set in different geographical areas.
