135. A user device comprising:
-
a memory having program code stored therein; and
a processor disposed in communication with the memory for carrying out instructions in accordance with the stored program code;
a network connection;
a position detector;
wherein the program code, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform;
having access, at a first device, to a plurality of service parameters;
choosing among the service parameters based on a position of the device as determined by the position detector;
transmitting a request, as defined by the chosen service parameters, over the network to a second device; and
receiving, over the network, service listings from the second device.
