1. A light-emitting diode, comprising:
- a circuit board;
a connecting electrode unit provided within the circuit board;
at least one reflective cup provided within the circuit board;
at least one light-emitting diode element disposed in the reflective cup and electrically connected to the connecting electrode unit; and
a resin with which the reflective cup is filled, a fluorescent material contained in the resin filled in the reflective cup and converting one portion of light emitted from the light-emitting diode element.

An LED comprising a circuit board, a connecting electrode unit provided on the circuit board, a reflective cup provided within the circuit board, an LED element disposed in the reflective cup and connected to the connecting electrode unit, and a resin with which the reflective cup is filled, a fluorescent material contained in the resin absorbing one portion of light emitted from the LED element and changing the wavelength of the light.

at least one pair of wiring patterns provided on the circuit board;
a plurality of reflective cups provided in the circuit board;
at least one light emitting diode element disposed in each of the reflective cups and electrically connected to the wiring patterns respectively; and
a resin with which each of the reflective cups is filled, a fluorescent material contained in the resin filled in each of the reflective cups and converting one portion of light emitted from the light-emitting diode element.
