Abstract

A comprehensive, integrated system for management of fee for parking businesses, including payment collection and processing for these business, as well as other businesses to which such a system may be applicable.

Claims

1. A meter out of order monitoring and repair system comprising:

a customer interface module and a data module, wherein said customer interface module performs the steps of;

(i) receiving a call from a caller concerning a malfunctioning meter;

(ii) determining if said call is from a technician or from a device or user;

(iii) determining a type of said malfunction or determining a status change; and

(v) processing payment information from said caller.
