Abstract

Systems and related methods utilizing one or more mote-related content indexes.

Claims

1. A method comprising:

accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task;

searching at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said accepted input; and

presenting an indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein said accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

accepting a visual-definition input.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein said accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

accepting at least one of an infrared-definition input or a temperature-definition input.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein said accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

accepting a pressure-definition input.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein said accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

accepting a sonic-definition input.

6. The method of claim 1, wherein said searching at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said accepted input further comprises:

searching a time series of at least two mote-addressed content indexes.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein said searching at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said accepted input further comprises:

searching at least one multi-mote content index having the at least one mote-addressed content index.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein said searching at least one multi-mote content index having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

searching a time series of at least two multi-mote indexes, the time series including the at least one multi-mote content index having the at least one mote-addressed content index.

9. The method of claim 1, wherein said searching at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said accepted input further comprises:

searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index.

10. The method of claim 9, wherein said searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

searching a time series of at least two aggregations of content indexes, the time series including the at least one aggregation of content.

11. The method of claim 9, wherein said searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

searching at least one mote-addressed content index of the at least one aggregation of content.

12. The method of claim 9, wherein said searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

searching at least one multi-mote content index of the at least one aggregation of content.

13. The method of claim 1, wherein said presenting an indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

transmitting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task to electrical circuitry configurable to utilize the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task.

14. The method of claim 13, wherein said transmitting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task to electrical circuitry configurable to utilize the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

transmitting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task to a processor configurable by a computer program to utilize the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task.

15. The method of claim 1, wherein said presenting an indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

presenting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task through a graphical user interface.

16. A system comprising:

means for accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task;

means for searching at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting; and

means for presenting an indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task.

17. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

means for accepting a visual-definition input.

18. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

means for accepting at least one of an infrared-definition input or a temperature-definition input.

19. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

means for accepting a pressure-definition input.

20. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

means for accepting a sonic-definition input.

21. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for searching at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting further comprises:

means for searching a time series of at least two mote-addressed content indexes.

22. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for searching at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting further comprises:

means for searching at least one multi-mote content index having the at least one mote-addressed content index.

23. The system of claim 22, wherein said means for searching at least one multi-mote content index having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

means for searching a time series of at least two multi-mote indexes, the time series including the at least one multi-mote content index having the at least one mote-addressed content index.

24. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for searching at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting further comprises:

means for searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index.

25. The system of claim 24, wherein said means for searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

means for searching a time series of at least two aggregations of content indexes, the time series including the at least one aggregation of content.

26. The system of claim 24, wherein said means for searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

means for searching at least one mote-addressed content index of the at least one aggregation of content.

27. The system of claim 24, wherein said means for searching at least one aggregation of content indexes, the aggregation having the at least one mote-addressed content index further comprises:

means for searching at least one multi-mote content index of the at least one aggregation of content.

28. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

logic configured to accept input defining the mote-appropriate network task.

29. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for accepting input defining a mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

software resident within a medium, said software including instructions configured to effect acceptance of the input defining the mote-appropriate network task.

30. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for presenting an indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

means for transmitting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task to electrical circuitry configurable to utilize the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task.

31. The system of claim 30, wherein said means for transmitting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task to electrical circuitry configurable to utilize the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

means for transmitting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task to a processor configurable by a computer program to utilize the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task.

32. The system of claim 16, wherein said means for presenting an indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task further comprises:

means for presenting the indication of motes appropriate to the mote-appropriate network task through a graphical user interface.

33. A method comprising:

loading at least one mote-addressed content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network;

accepting input defining a task of the mote-appropriate network; and

searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said input.

34. The method of claim 33, wherein said loading at least one mote-addressed content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network further comprises:

loading the at least one mote-addressed content index to at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

35. The method of claim 33, wherein said searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said input further comprises:

searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index via at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

36. A system comprising:

means for loading at least one mote-addressed content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network;

means for accepting input defining a task of the mote-appropriate network; and

means for searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting input.

37. The system of claim 36, wherein said means for loading at least one mote-addressed content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network further comprises:

means for loading the at least one mote-addressed content index to at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

38. The system of claim 36, wherein said means for searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting input further comprises:

means for searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index via at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

39. The system of claim 36, wherein said means for searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting input further comprises:

logic configured to effect the searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said input.

40. The system of claim 36, wherein said means for searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index responsive to said means for accepting input further comprises:

software resident within a medium, said software including instructions configured to effect the searching the loaded at least one mote-addressed content index in response to said input.

41. A method comprising:

loading at least one multi-mote content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network;

accepting input defining a task of the mote-appropriate network; and

searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index, in response to said input.

42. The method of claim 41, wherein said loading at least one multi-mote content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network further comprises:

loading the at least one multi-mote content index to at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

43. The method of claim 41, wherein said searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index further comprises:

searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index via at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

44. A system comprising:

means for loading at least one multi-mote content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network;

means for accepting input defining a task of the mote-appropriate network; and

means for searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index responsive to said means for accepting input.

45. The system of claim 44, wherein said means for loading at least one multi-mote content index to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network further comprises:

means for loading the at least one multi-mote content index to at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

46. The system of claim 44, wherein said means for searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index further comprises:

means for searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index via at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

47. The system of claim 44, wherein said means for searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index further comprises:

logic configured to effect the searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index.

software resident within a medium, said software including instructions configured to effect the searching the loaded at least one multi-mote content index.

49. A method comprising:

loading at least one aggregation of content indexes to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network;

accepting input defining a task of the mote-appropriate network; and

searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes, in response to said input.

50. The method of claim 49, wherein said loading at least one aggregation of content indexes to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network further comprises:

loading the at least one aggregation of content indexes to at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

51. The method of claim 49, wherein said searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes further comprises:

searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes via at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

52. A system comprising:

means for loading at least one aggregation of content indexes to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network;

means for accepting input defining a task of the mote-appropriate network; and

means for searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes responsive to said means for accepting input.

53. The system of claim 52, wherein said means for loading at least one aggregation of content indexes to a computer system external to a mote-appropriate network further comprises:

means for loading the at least one aggregation of content indexes to at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

54. The system of claim 52, wherein said means for searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes further comprises:

means for searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes via at least one of a notebook computer system, a minicomputer system, a server computer system, or a mainframe computer system.

55. The system of claim 52, wherein said means for searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes further comprises:

logic configured to effect the searching the loaded at least one aggregation of content indexes.
