a filter builder capable of creating at least one relationship between at least two of a plurality of pre-selected information filters, said filter builder defining at least one new filter according to said at least one relationship;
a filter analyst capable of combining said plurality of pre-selected information filters with said at least one new filter to form a filter hierarchy;
an information handler capable of receiving information from at least one set of electronic components;
a filter analyst capable of applying said filter hierarchy to said information to form management information;
