Abstract

A browser portion BR obtains a reproduction manner specifying file from a content distribution server 30, and delivers the same to a reproduction control portion CT. The reproduction control portion CT obtains from the content distribution server 30 a music content file designated by a reproduction content list in the reproduction manner specifying file. The reproduction control portion CT reproduces, in cooperation with a tone generating circuit 43, a music piece corresponding to the music content in a reproduction manner specified by the reproduction manner specifying file. The reproduction control portion CT displays the music content on a display device 42 in a display manner specified by a reproduction manner specifying file. When a user operates an input operation element group 41 for changing the display manner of the display device 42, the reproduction control portion CT changes the display manner of the display device 42. Stream-distributed music content is prohibited from being stored in recording medium (a non-volatile memory) 65a and from being outputted to the outside through output interface 67.

Claims

1. An electronic musical apparatus comprising:

a receiving portion that receives a music content and specifying data for specifying a display manner of the music content from a content distribution server;

a reproducing portion that reproduces a music piece corresponding to the received music content;

a display control portion that, during the reproduction of the music piece, displays on a display device the received music content with a display manner that is specified by the received specifying data; and

a changing portion that changes the display manner of the display device into a display manner different from the display manner specified by the received specifying data.

2. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein

the specifying data specifies browser screen, lyric screen or score screen as a display manner.

3. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein

the changing portion changes the display manner in accordance with screen-change operation by a user.

4. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein

the changing portion changes the display manner before the music piece is reproduced by the reproducing portion.

5. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 1, wherein

the changing portion changes the display manner while the music piece is reproduced by the reproducing portion.

6. An electronic musical apparatus comprising:

a receiving portion that receives a music content from a content distribution server;

a reproducing portion that reproduces the received music content; and

a storage prohibiting portion that prohibits the received music content from being stored in a non-volatile memory, in case where the received music content is stream-distributed from the content distribution server.

7. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 6, wherein

the prohibition of music content storing in the non-volatile memory is canceled when the stream-distribution of the music content is finished.

8. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 6, wherein

the receiving portion receives distribution type data for indicating whether the received music content is stream type or not as well as the music content, and

the storage prohibiting portion determines whether the received music content is stream-distributed from the content distribution server based on the received distribution type data.

9. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 6, further comprising:

a temporal storage portion that stores the received music content;

wherein,

the reproducing portion reproduces the music content stored in the temporal storage portion; and

the music content stored in the temporal storage portion is canceled after the reproducing portion finishes reproducing the music content.

10. An electronic musical apparatus comprising:

a receiving portion that receives a music content from a content distribution server;

a reproducing portion that reproduces the received music content; and

a external output prohibiting portion that prohibits an output of the received music content to the outside, in case where the received music content is stream-distributed from the content distribution server.

11. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 10, wherein

the prohibition of music content outputting to the outside is canceled when the stream-distribution of the music content is finished.

12. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 10, wherein

the receiving portion receives distribution type data for indicating whether the received music content is stream type or not as well as the music content, and

the external outputting prohibiting portion determines whether the received music content is stream-distributed from the content distribution server based on the received distribution type data.

13. An electronic musical apparatus according to claim 10, further comprising:

a temporal storage portion that stores the received music content;

wherein,

the reproducing portion reproduces the music content stored in the temporal storage portion; and

the music content stored in the temporal storage portion is canceled after the reproducing portion finishes reproducing the music content.

14. A computer program applied to an electronic musical apparatus comprising:

a receiving step that receives a music content and specifying data for specifying a display manner of the music content from a content distribution server;

a reproducing step that reproduces a music piece corresponding to the received music content;

a display control step that, during the reproduction of the music piece, displays on a display device the received music content with a display manner that is specified by the received specifying data; and

a changing step that changes the display manner of the display device into a display manner different from the display manner specified by the received specifying data.

15. A computer program applied to an electronic musical apparatus comprising:

a receiving step that receives a music content from a content distribution server;

a reproducing step that reproduces the received music content; and

a storage prohibiting step that prohibits the received music content from being stored in a non-volatile memory, in case where the received music content is stream-distributed from the content distribution server.

16. A computer program applied to an electronic musical apparatus comprising:

a receiving step that receives a music content from a content distribution server;

a reproducing step that reproduces the received music content; and

a external output prohibiting step that prohibits an output of the received music content to the outside, in case where the received music content is stream-distributed from the content distribution server.
