As such, a user use a plurality of different exercise accessories with a single exercise bench. Some attachment assemblies can include a mounting bracket connected with an exercise accessory and configured to releasably connect with different components of the exercise bench. The mounting bracket can be configured with one or more hooks adapted to engage one or more bosses or studs on an accessory support member connected with the exercise bench. In addition, a removable pin can be inserted through corresponding apertures in the support member and mounting bracket to help secure the exercise accessory to the exercise bench.
