calculating latency information indicating a measurement of latency between said first transmission and a proposed re-transmission;
re-transmitting said first data packet to said networked device to create a second transmission, wherein said latency information is included in said second transmission, such that said latency information may be processed by said networked device to determine a measurement of re-send latency.
