11. A device for guiding a magnetic element in a body to be examined, the device comprising:

at least one pair of guide magnet;
at least two imaging devices;
a radiation source;
a radiation detector; and
at least one C-shaped arm for accommodating the radiation source and the radiation detector, wherein the radiation source respectively the radiation detector are arranged at opposite ends of the arm, the C-shaped arm is configured to be pivoted about a radial axis of the arm and to be moved in a peripheral direction relative to a circle around the radial axis; and
